Overview

About the property

A three bedroom cottage with beach views.Dogs welcome.Real fire and full Sky TV

Seaglass is a lovely property, offering a wealth of charm and character. The property benefits from a south facing patio at the front and small private courtyard area to the rear (useful for storage of wetsuits and beach stuff or sunbathing). Seaglass cottage is situated in the heart of the popular and picturesque village of Little Haven, within a short walk (30 seconds) of the beech and pubs. Little Haven is nestled along the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline, an area of outstanding natural beauty and forming part of the National Park with it's inspiring coastal scenery and with lovely nearby walks along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. It has 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double/twin with en suite toilet and sink (on the first floor). the beds are very comfortable.

The sitting room (also on the first floor) has a vaulted ceiling, open real fire and views to the beach. There is a full Sky TV package.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with range, dishwasher and fridge. The utility room has a washing and drying machine. There is an additional fridge for drinks etc.

There is an entrance hall and family bathroom.

The house is finished throughout in solid oak and has the feel of a traditional Pembrokeshire cottage , although it was built in 2005.

The situation of the property is ideal for the beach and we are happy to welcome well behaved dogs. The beach is safe for children and dogs are free to roam. The cottage would be ideal for summer or winter visitors as we have a large boot and coat cupboard and a roaring fire.

About Jane king-harris

We have been coming to Little Haven as a family for thirty years.

We have a sailing boat and small fishing boat and spend our days either on the water, surfing or walking.

Jane king-harris purchased this cottage in 2012

Why Jane king-harris chose Little Haven

This property is ideal for two couples or a family with 2 children. A lovely village in which to enjoy the summer by the sea or during the winter wonderful walks along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with a real to welcome you in the evening. (dogs are welcome to stay in this property by negotiation with Soozy who runs the property for us)

What makes this cottage unique

Little Haven enjoys the privacy of a small fishing village when the tide is in and then benefits from a mile long sandy beach when the tide is out. In the summer there are a number of families who sail, fish, water ski, jet ski, dive, surf, windsurf, swim and walk. In the winter the coastline is equally spectacular and Seaglass is a wonderful base fro walkers with three excellent pubs in the village serving good food.
