About this property

This holiday villa in begur was built in 2007, got a floor surface of 250m2 is situated on a beautiful and quiet spot, just at rocks on the border of the Mediterranean Sea, at the Costa Brava in Spain. The pool is 7 x 4 meters and got a jetstream, to make it possible to keep swimming without moving.
The house has a large terrace, partly covered and with 100% sea view. Also upstairs there is a terrace in front of the bedrooms.
The villa was recently constructed and equipped with all modern facilities. In the kitchen you have a nice cooking island, a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Also on the ground floor there is large living / dining room, from where you have direct access to the terrace and pool area.
On the first floor you'll find the suite, with a double bed, a private living room with terrace and a bathroom with bath from which you can enjoy the fantastic sea view!
Also on the first floor are two bedrooms for 2 people each. In one of the bedrooms there is a bunk beds, but this is easy to change into two single beds next to eachother. Also the third bedroom got two single beds and each bedroom got a bathroom with shower.
Beneath the house you'll find a garage for 2 cars. The house is located at just a few minutes by car from the beach of Sa Tuna. Begur itself is about 10 minutes by car and also the beaches of Sa Riera, Aiguablava and Tamariu can easily be reached.

Alles wunderbar. Das Haus hat überall AC, einen riesigen Gefrierschrank separat vom Kühlschrank, einen separaten WasserHahn, für gefiltertes Wasser (sehr praktsch).
