A Great Place to Stay

  • 5 of 5

Everything was immaculate. We like to cook and everything one could need was at our fingertips. There was a convenient store close by for the things we forgot to bring, a nice snug pub and the cottage is nicely located for easy access to all there is to do on the island. Peaceful, nice walks and the kids loved it. We'll be booking it again, if all the dates aren't snapped up of course.

We love to go there ourselves and so it's great to be able to share it with others and have them enjoy it hopefully as much as we do. Thanks again!

A lovely well equiped and comfortable cottage

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Brooklyn Cottage for 4 nights whist looking at properties, and after a day out it was lovely to come home to such a comfortable , well equipped cosy cottage in the lovely village of Niton.Parking is outside the house but we never had trouble finding a space. It is well located to get to all areas of the island.

Well done Mark and Sarah for a wonderful cottage.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful island.

  • 5 of 5

This is a truly beautiful little cottage in a lovely part of the island. It is pretty, bright and clean with a lovely garden, and is wel equipped. My friends and family call me fussy (!!?) when it comes to holiday accommodation and I wouldn't change a thing about this place, unless an upstairs loo could be squeezed in somehow ( be mindful of the fact the only bathroom is downstairs which may be a challenge during the night if any of your group have health/mobility issues).

It's in a lovely, quiet location- easy to reach all the attractions, especially those on the less built up southern coast. We visited the needles, the pearl shop and Ventnor in the south, plus the steam train and birds of prey nearer the north- all easy travel distance and great activities for those with health or mobility restrictions. There's lots of beautiful walking and exploring available nearby if you are fit enough. I had to drag my mum and daughter away and we would love to return sometime.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location

  • 5 of 5

The cottage is as described and shown in the pictures and had everything we could possibly need. The owners communicated regularly with us and were happy to help with anything we needed. The location of the cottage is in a lovely little village and the local shop literally has everything you could want, including a good selection of milk alternatives and vegetarian products. We always managed to park easily outside the cottage. If ever back on the Isle of Wight I would stay here again :-)

Very peaceful, well equipped cottage in great location.

  • 5 of 5

The cottage is very well equipped, especially for young families. Beds are really comfy and the curtains block out the light well. The children loved the books and games. It was a very relaxing and peaceful house to stay in. The local shop is very nearby for groceries and the post office is very close too. Blackgang Chine is a short drive so you can make the most of your tickets!
