A living room/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed, another one with two beds) and two full bathrooms. Very comfortable. Beautiful sights of the seaside, amazing sunrise. Everything you need to spend a beautiful vacation.

Located in the heart of Port Saplaya (Alboraya), comunidad Valenciana, Spain. This place is also known as Little Venice, for its beautiful set up and houses between water channels that open out to the open sea. It is full of restaurants, plenty of shops, squares, board walks, 2 pools to share, shared garden, children playground, and sports harbored with boats.

Sehr gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. 100 m zum Strand. Terrasse mit Sonnenaufgang. Sehr gut geeignet für vier Personen. 5. und 6. Person können auf einer Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Spielzeug, Sonnenschirm und Stühle für den Stand sind vorhanden. Strand verläuft flach ins Wasser.

Un appartement avec vue sur la mer

Nous avons adoré l'endroit, parfait pour une famille. L'appartement est propre et bien situé, tout près de Valence. Jose Luis est très gentil et avenant pour ses visiteurs. Il fait tout pour que notre séjour soit agréable. À conseiller aux gens qui ont envie de s'amuser dans une mer chaude.
