The villa has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning, two-bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dinning room included and a living room. This Villa has wi-fi available for free.

The Villa Lidia has a small pool area, with sun loungers, outdoor tables and chairs and barbecue, making it a very pleasant space.

There's a shared big pool which all guests can use outsider from the villa too.

We ask for a security deposit of 250€ on check-in which it will be return on last day with the keys,

Vivenda com boas condiçoes mas longe da praia

Owner's Response: Ainda bem que vivem por baixo, pois caso contrário, tinham destruído a moradia. Existe um Decreto-Lei n.º 9/2007 de 17 de Janeiro, que gere a prevenção do ruído e o controlo da poluição sonora visando a salvaguarda da saúde humana e o bem-estar das populações. O mesmo proíbe determinados barulhos entre as 21:00 e as 07:00, barulhos esses que podem incomodar os vizinhos. Se os senhores pretendem alugar uma moradia para passar férias, primeiro, deverão ter em conta que a villa não é vossa, nem o espaço é vosso, mas apenas que a usufruir de um espaço mediante um pagamento. Depois se querem ir de férias para fazer barulho até ás tantas, aconselho a alugar uma villa isolada, pois neste caso concreto não tiveram a policia à porta de casa por mera sorte, pois a vizinhança queixou-se e muito de voçes. Ar condicionado aberto, fogão avariado, piscina cheia de areia da praia, estrado de cama partido, paredes a necessitar de serem pintadas... e vem falar de pouca privacidade? Pergunto-me em que estado ficaria a moradia se tivessem toda a privacidade que pretende?
