2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a furnished kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, dining table, and 3 verandas. A flat-screen TV, air conditioning (in the kitchen).
An apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and the other a maximum of 5.
There is a nice balcony where you can enjoy the sun from breakfast till dinner. This is a fine place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a wonderful sunny day at the beach.
You will also love the air conditioning (only in the kitchen) especially when the temperature is above 30°
The apartment is suited for a family with children. Situated in the center of this beautiful village and just a few steps from all the major attractions.
The apartment has been completely renovated with attention to important details like air conditioning and water container.

We are also providing you a beach umbrella and a cooler. Believe us you might need it .... and you will not need to buy them only for a week's stay. Our accommodation is the perfect solution to enjoy the summer!
We rent bicycles just for 4 euros per day.

Restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, ATM, pharmacy, supermarket, and boutiques are also within walking distance.

It’s already 5 consecutive years that our beaches are rewarded with an important award by "League for the Environment". It is the most widespread environmental organization in Italy. Every Summer, since 1986, it has monitored the quality of Italian seas, for a total number of 5,000 water samples analyzed in sailing of 10,000 km. Posada, it's always at the top ten of the cleanest beaches in Italy!!! The name of the beach is “Su Tiriarzu”.

Super location!

The house is very nice and clean, close situated to the beach. By small details like sun umbrella available in the room or washing machine available to wash the towels of sand this location definetly exceeds expectations. The area is wild and unique and the beach is like a forgoten paradise. This is a "i would love to return" location!

Chouettes vacances

Appartement Isabella: grand et lumineux, très propre, bien agencé, proche du centre, plage à 5 min en voiture. Petit bémol: bruit de la circulation (angle de 2 rues très fréquentée), Pas possible de manger sur le balcon à 4 ( pas celui des photos, en plein soleil sans parasol...)

What makes this property unique

Sardinia is very different from Italian landscape. Sardinia is much wider. It’s a unique natural landscape!! You will also love our food. While seafood undoubtedly plays an important role, Sardinia is first and foremost an island of sheep and goat farmers, and cheese, particularly creamy ricotta and delicious pecorino, is eaten at virtually every meal. Not to mention the bread… the most famous type is the crispy flatbread known as “pane carasau”. Sardinia also boats a range of high-quality wines. The national drink of Sardinia is downed at the end of every good meal: "Mirto" is a highly potent liqueur distilled from the fruit of the myrtle plant.

You can see from the pictures that Posada is right in front of one of the most beautiful beach in Sardinia. Posada it's always at the top ten of the most clean beaches in Italy!!! The name of the beach is “Su Tiriarzu”.
The village of Posada is surrounded by a valley of alluvial origin, located at the mouth of the river “Rio Posada” and erected on a cliff covered by spurges and mastic trees. It has been inhabited since the Neolithic age and still displays evidence from the Nuragic period, different glant’s graves and “Nuraghi”.
The Fava Castle, symbol of Posada, was built during the Middle Age.
In the picturesque town Centre you can admire architectural beauties from the Giudical and Catalan period, such as the church of “Sant’Antoni de su fogu” – patron saint of the village – and the ancient tower, which was once a prison. The territory of Posada is characterized by a long string of beautiful beaches surrounded by a wild and isolated nature.
