About the property

2 bed new build within walking distance of Porth beach and newquays lively town the property is a two story self contained house/cottage with off road parking for one car. there is one double bedroom ,one bunk room, and a shower room/ toilet on the first floor. down stairs is a very good size open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. the house is fully equipped for four people. outside is a private lawn/ garden to the side leading to a fully equipped decked area with barbecue all fenced for child safety. there is free wifi and the local co-op is just 2 minutes walk away, open till 11pm.

Perfect home from home

Lovely cosy property with comfortable furnishings. Lynn and Dave made us feel very welcome. Nice location on the edge of town. This was our second visit to the property and we are looking forward already to our next visit.

fabulous stay

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by Dave and Lynn and nothing was too much trouble even got a bottle of prosecco and biscuits which was a very nice touch, the property is only approx 15 minutes walk from the coastal path into Newquay but bus stops are close to the property (it is only approx 30 minutes walk down Henver road anyway). The property has everything you need including menus for local takeaways, bus timetables,etc local co op 200 yards away and spar approx 400 yards away if you choose to eat in the property. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

Great place, great people!

We really like this place! Didn't expect that much but when we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. The owners Dave and Lyn are a lovely, down-to-earth couple who gave us a great welcome which included a bottle of Prosecco and some nice biccies (Don't mind if I do!). It's very fairly priced and not that far from town. With a Co-Op 200 yards away it was perfect for us. We would most definitely stay here again.
