Located on the hills overlooking the medieval town of Pescia , the estate enjoys a prime location and a magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding hills. Lying 350 meters above sea level, the nature that is encountered is typical of the contact areas between the hills and the mountains. Olive trees, undisputed symbol of Tuscany, there are also forests of oak, pine and chestnut trees reflecting the proximity to the mountains of the Apennines.

The vineyard, vegetable garden and a small orchard to the beauty already inherent in the landscape.
