Brand New to the rental market (April 2016) is this superb 4 bedroom detached villa in it's own garden with designer swimming pool. Air conditioning through out and plenty of off road private parking. In the quiet area of Fanadix. The villa is within walking distance of local bars and restaurants and is approximately 15 minutes walk to the seafront.

On entering the villa there is a cloak room and entrance hall. Next is the very big sitting room and dining room which has a 48" smart TV. DVD, Music system, settee, chairs, coffee tables etc. Interior dining table, side board, occasional lamps. Leading from the sitting room is a large terrace which overlooks the garden and beautiful swimming pool. There are comfortable chairs and coffee table. On the same terrace there is a table and 2 chairs and 2 bench chairs for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer microwave, over, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Master bedroom having a Super King (180 x 2 mtr) bed. Dressing room and en suite bathroom.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. 2 have super king size beds (180 x 2 mtrs) and one has a a daybed that converts to a double to sleep 2 x children. The third bedroom as 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom and cloakroom. On this level is a outside kitchen and adjacent to it is a large table and chairs in a shaded area next to the pool. 8 Sun loungers are provided along with outside seating in various parts of the garden. The grassed area is ideal for playing games. Tennis table and bats. Washing machine and dryer. Separate drying area.

Everything was excellent and just as described

We had a really relaxing week in this home from home villa, very clean, welcoming and just about everything any one could need or want on a holiday.

The only criticism would be the building works going on just below the right hand corner of the swimming pool, a new villa under construction, the noise from 7am to roughly 6pm Mon to Fri was a bit much sadly, noisy equipment and noisy builders shattered the wonderful peace we had experienced on arrival Saturday and Sunday. It would have been nice to have been informed of this work.

Owner's Response: Dear Maria We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Villa Harella but were sad to hear that the construction work on the nearby plot had a negative impact on your stay. Although obviously local building work is out of our control we are sorry that we were not aware that the schedule of works would be quite so full on and would impact you as much as stated. When we last stayed at the villa ourselves, prior to the summer, the workers were only turning up sporadically and so we didn't feel the impact was enough to worry our guests at the time and so hence didn't flag it. Things have obviously changed now that peak summer has ended. We will now make sure future bookings for the duration of the work are made aware prior to staying. July and August builders are not allowed to do noisy work from the 15th July to beginning of September Thanks for the review and for flagging this to us. We hope to welcome you back to the villa again in the future. All the best Sam. Sept 2107

An absolute gem of a villa

As a family of 6 we were absolutely blown away with this Villa from the moment we stepped inside and we felt completely at home. It was really well equipped, clean and very spacious. The additional kitchen downstairs was so useful for our days spent around the pool sunbathing, eating and drinking. The outdoor space was amazing and the pool was kept really clean by the friendly pool man who we saw twice during our week stay. The pool table provided a lot of fun and there was also a selection of pool inflatables. The location was excellent with only a short drive into the main town of Moraira where there are so many restaurants to choose from along with great shops, bars and of course the Marina to stroll around. We cannot fault Villa Harella and look forward to holidaying there again.

A perfect, peaceful place to relax

We had a wonderful week at Villa Harella, the rooms are spacious and the facilities are excellent - the best of which is the superb pool. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, less than ten minutes drive from the lovely town of Moraira. If you want to get away from it all in very pleasant surroundings, then this place is ideal. We'll definitely be back!

Stunning, extreamly well equipped Villa!

When we got to the villa it was very late at night so we didn't know what to expect. When we entered the villa we were blown away, it was stunning. Throughout our two week stay at the villa it came to light that there was nothing we needed. Everything was catered for. We were a large group with 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 4 to 8 years old. We didn't need anything! The villa was spotless too and the pool was so much bigger than we had imagined. The pool man came every couple of days too! The ping-pong table is great! It is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay where you can relax and just enjoy being with your family. The walk into town is about 20 minutes and the children managed it (there and back). There is a great market on a Friday where you can get some fabulous food. We can't thank you enough for making our two weeks just so fantastic! Can't wait to come back!

Feels like home........only bigger!!

Villa Harella is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in! As soon as we walked in we felt at home and comfortable. The villa is equipped with everything you need, the kitchens (there are two!) are fully stocked, there are enough places to eat and dine in the villa depending on the sun or the breeze and the pool is glorious. Outside around the pool there are plenty of sunbeds and even an area of astro turf for the children. Moraira is a pretty village, plenty of restaurants and bars with some very good beaches, safe and clean. We will definately visit again!

Cancellation. In the event of cancellation less than eight weeks prior to arrival no refunds will be given. In the event of cancellation more than eight weeks from the arrival date your 25% deposit will be forfeited but the balance will not be paid. If the owner cancels you will be offered alternative accommodation first. If this is not suitable a refund of either the deposit or in full if the total balance has been paid in full. The key deposit will be refunded in all instances. Holiday insurance should be purchased at the same time as the reservation is made to safe guard against cancellations on your part.
