4 double bedroom detached house with hill views, 2 bathroom, 2 receptions

This modern holiday home houses 4 double bedrooms, 1 x superkingsize, 2 x kingsize with sumptuous mattresses and feather duvets and 2 x single beds. There is an ensuite to the master bedroom, along with a wallmounted freeview tv and built in wardrobes, a family bathroom and dswc. Downstairs, the generous Kitchen/Breakfast room, includes an American style fridge/freezer, double electric oven and gas hob, toaster, slow cooker and microwave and marble dining table seating 8 guests. The cupboards house everything for the budding chef of the party. The Sitting room comfortably seats 8 on an 'L' shaped luxurious leather sofa and armchair. A wall mounted electric fire glows with warmth with a smart tv mounted above. You can enjoy quality family time watching your favourite film and glorious hill views from the Lounge window to the front and patio doors open out on to a private South facing garden. There is also a seperate snug with a wall mounted freeview tv. Anyone wishing to bring their own console games can ideally set up in this room. There is another leather settee and a desk for those who wish to set up their computer. There are a number of board games in here, books and activity leaflets to browse through. The property includes free wifi and i pod docking station.

Outside is a southerly aspect garden with patio and lawned area. Garden furniture and BBQ allow for al fresco eating and sampling who is best at flaming those Cotswold Beefburgers! If you fancy a break from the self catering, there is a thatched pub within 2 minutes walk, serving lovely home cooked food.

A small childrens park is located approx 100m away.

About Suzie Windscheffel

I am married and live with my husband, son and daughter in a village, on the border of Worcestershire and the North Cotswolds. I have always had a passion for property and have worked in all sectors of the property industry, in between bringing up the children. When we go away, we love to have a light, spacious modernised property, that is clean with a hint of luxury about it. We like to be situated in a rural location, with easy access to the areas and activities we want to indulge in. So hopefully, this house ticks those boxes and if these things are also importatnt to you - will equally fulfill your requirements. We very much appreciate any feedback - good or bad, to allow us to put things right if we have got anything wrong!

Outside of work, I love to tread the boards at our local Am Dram Society, and equally enjoy watching how the Professionals do it on stage, just as much!!

Living in the Cotswodls, we are spoiled for good walks with lovely views, and we all enjoy walking our loyal, and aged labrador, April! I have made up a folder of easy to follow walks with photos, and put each one in a plastic sleeve, so you can take it with you, wherever you choose to go.

Travelling far and wide is also on top of our agenda, including enjoying and exploring our own beautiful country. Theres so much to do and see out there...!!

As I mentioned in my last description, we love property which is light and airy, modern inside with up to date appliances, and situated in a rural location with a stunning view to wake up to every day. When we made the decision last summer that we would like to purchase a holiday property, it was quite fortuitous, that a builder was looking to build such a place in the nearby village of Alderton. A peaceful village - with a pub, walking distance away!! That of course was a pure conincidence!! Ha ha. Having seen the plans, it just said 'Buy me'! We have not been disappointed and hope that you enjoy your stay there.

Please note, because it is a new build, there are still properties being built, approx 200m from the rear of the property. We are informed the final build should all be finished by September, most of the roofs are now on.

What makes this house unique

The immediate feature that pulled at our heart strings was the fabulous views to the front of the property. The master bedroom and Bed 2 overlooks this view, and to wake up every day to that aspect, for us, would just get our day off to the best start!! Equally, when you open the front door, you are immediately greeted with this sea of green in front of you! It is such a feelgood factor!

Here, you can enjoy a large choice of fine eating and casual restaurants, along with a vast array of assorted independent shops and antiques.
