**September DEALS, please msg me for a discount!! A spacious detached house in the heart of the seaside village of Saundersfoot, just yards to the glorious beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants. Enter Silver Sands on the ground floor, the hall leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with double shower cubicle, whb and wc. A twin bedroom, all bed linen is supplied and beds are made up for guests arrival. Also on this floor is a utility room with a washing machine and freezer, storage space for all your beach essentials. Stairs lead up to the light and airy lounge with a sea glimpse and patio doors to the sunny decking and patio area. Tv with freeview. The kitchen provides oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. Separate dining room with seating for all. A further 2 bedrooms, spacious master double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom. Family bathroom has a shower over the bath, whb and wc. Sit back and enjoy the sunshine in the decking and patio garden with garden furniture. Enclosed to the rear. Patio to the front with steps. Ample parking for 3/4 cars. A short stroll the beach.


Facilities: Beach 2 minute walk. This is a non smoking property. Discounts available for smaller groups out of peak season, please contact me to discuss.

Hi, my name is Amy. Thank you for viewing our property. We bought the house in 2014, and have been gradually improving it since. We love the house for 2 reasons, the location! And the feeling of space. It's minutes from the harbour, beach, restaurants but when your back in the house, it's spacious, relaxed and the back patio area is a great sun trap. In colder months, there is a gas fire in the lounge and the house becomes cozy with a picture window to watch village life go by.

Lovely house in a beautiful location.

This house is lovely, 5 min walk to the harbour and shops, perfect for getting out and about.

The house had everything we needed and more for our stay, bedrooms were spacious and comfy and the living room perfect for our group of 6 to all sit together in the evenings

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely go back.

A lovely family home in a great location

The room configuration at Silver Sands suited our family of 3 generations and enabled us to enjoy the facilities available without getting under each other's feet. The downstairs utility room was ideal for storing our beach items and prevented sand from being trodden upstairs. There was plenty of seating in the lounge area and we all made use of the comfortable sofas. The children loved the little swivel chair in the front recess from where they could look out to sea. It was nice for us all to be able to sit around the dining table and the kitchen was well stocked with glasses, crockery and cutlery, including items suitable for the children. They also made use of the small basket of toys. The sofas in the dining room enabled that room to be used for reading if the TV was on in the main lounge.

The only negative comment is that the bedrooms smelt somewhat musty and damp, despite opening the windows. The larger downstairs bedroom is also quite dark.

Silver Sands is a lovely house with easy access to the beaches (we used both either side of the harbour) as well as the shops and restaurants. The Tesco Express is a couple of minutes walk away. It is well stocked and it was so easy to pick up a few items on our way back to the house after time on the beach. There is also Heydon's butchers nearby. The children had a great day out at Folly Farm and on another day we walked through the tunnels to Wiseman's Bridge. There is a good bus service to Tenby which meant we could leave the cars behind. Overall we had a wonderful week. It only rained for part of the time and our last day was spent entirely on the beach in glorious sunshine.

Silver sands is so near the town especially as I had a walker to help me. Lovely garden with plenty of relaxing seats and shady umbrella. Have recommended it to all my friends. Thank you Amy for letting your house and allowing us to stay. Joan Howell and family.

Spacious house , perfect position

We had a lovely break with our family, plenty of space for our grandchildren to play. The patio area which has the sun for most of the day, has an excellent selection of seating and dining furniture. The house is minutes to the centre of town with a selection of lovely restaurants and bars. The beach which you can see from the picture window in the lounge is only a few minutes walk, it was nice and clean with good facilities close by. A very enjoyable break
