Superb apartment for 4 people (+ sofa bed) fully equipped (free 100 MB fiber optic wifi, very large number of international TV channels) with spacious south-east facing terrace overlooking private garden 40 m2, palm tree and barbecue area.

Located in a natural environment in the heart of Golf Las Ramblas, in a carefully maintained private site. Lake, nature reserve.

Very quiet location (pedestrian alley). Free parking 30 meters away.

Magnificent swimming pool located 30 meters away in a wooded garden.

The apartment is also close to a cycle path along the canal which crosses the Golf, ideal for joggers, cyclists and walkers (70 km in total).

2 bedrooms (including one suite) and 2 bathrooms.
Sofa bed for 1 additional child.

4 km from numerous beaches (easy and free parking) and the La Zenia Boulevard shopping center (Décathlon, Leroy Merlin, Conforama, Al Campo -Auchamps, clothing boutiques, bars and restaurants) open every day until 10 p.m. (except certain Sundays)

Alicante (45 minutes) and Murcia (25 minutes) airports nearby. Low cost flights (Ryanair, Tuifly, Volotea, Vueling, etc.)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED CAR

Many tourist sites in the region (palm grove of Elche, Murcia, Cartagena, Mar Menor, etc.). Water and amusement parks nearby.

Personalized welcome on site by Carolyn with handover of keys and provision of sheets (also beach towels).

Lovely Property in the Spanish sun
We had a great stay at this lovely apartment in a nice part of Spain , where the weather was very kind to us. Property was spacious, clean with all the facilities you need while away. The owner Stephane & management Julie & Tony were so helpful. Will be looking to hopefully stay again soon Martin

Lovely Stay
Lovely apartment in a lovely peaceful location everything we needed was provided. Plenty of restaurants bars and supermarkets just a short drive away. If we stay in the area again this will be our 1st choice. Julie and Tony where a great help if we needed anything or any advice. Would highly recommend this apartment Thanks
