Spectacular penthouse on the beachfront in Mójacar beach. Three large bedrooms, the main one en suite, with two large bathrooms. Very bright and with spectacular views from all rooms of the house. En general bien. El mobiliario un poco antiguo y se le veía que ha tenido trote. Cristina muy amable y atenta, tuvimos un percance y nos lo soluciono enseguida.

Piso con gran terraza y en una urbanización agradable, pero no de lujo.
Un apartamento con muchas cosas positivas y sobre todo con una gran terraza pero creo que le falta mucho para calificarlo de Ático de lujo como dice el anuncio. En cualquier caso es algo que ya se percibe en las fotos que salvo por la falta de bbq se ajustan bien a la realidad. Se trata de un piso de buen tamaño con una terraza espectacular de grande con vistas al mar y en una buena urbanización de ambiente familiar y con 2 piscinas (grande e infantil). Valoro como muy positivo además la buena predisposición de Cristina para facilitarnos 2 cunas y 2 tronas para nuestros bebés, cosa que nos fue de mucha ayuda. La playa esta solo a un paso, aunque es una playa de piedras y poco cómoda (sobre todo con niños). Nosotros cogíamos el coche para llegar a una playa de arena cómoda para ir con niños y que estaba a 5 minutos (Las Ventanicas). Eso y la cantidad de escaleras son los principales hándicaps a tener en cuenta para una familia con niños, pero no es un drama Si se va con plan de fiesta está al lado de la zona de discotecas con los pros y contras que eso tiene. El ruido de las discotecas a mi no me supuso una gran problema pero puede afectar a gente con el sueño sensible. Como principal debe del apartamento pondría el mantenimiento, con muebles y electrodomésticos que necesitan renovación. Además, vuelvo a la idea del principio de que si se anuncia como ático de lujo debe estar mantenido y equipado de lujo. Cosas como lavavajillas, horno o aire acondicionado son básicas en ese caso y le darían un salto de calidad importante al piso. Como resumen, hemos disfrutado de unas buenas vacaciones en una gran entorno y disfrutando mucho de las cenas en la terraza. Cualquiera que vaya disfrutará de sus vacaciones en Mojácar pero no debe esperar un ático de lujo, que sin embargo, con un poco de inversión podría serlo.

Fantástico ático en Mojacar Playa
Un lujo de terraza en frente del mar. El piso tiene todo lo necesario. La urbanización tranquila con una buena piscina. Supermercado al lado. Quizá se podría facilitar la posibilidad de tener alguna zona de sombra en la terraza.
