About the property

Overlooking communal family pool

Fornells is only a 10 min drive away with a good selection of restaurants and shops with a day/night market. The harbour is particularly well known as a sailing resort which is good for all water sports including; diving, sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing.


A 15-20 min walk to the Son Parc beach or a 5 minute drive. The clean white sandy beach stretches around a bay with a restaurant/bar and lifeguards. There are pedaloes, canoes etc and sunbeds/umbrellas for hire. The beach is very safe for children with shallow waters. We can provide a Welcome Pack on arrival for a small fee.


Mahon airport is approx a 20 minute leisurely drive to the apartment (approx 40 Euros for taxi x4 people). Car hire is recommended, especially if you want to explore the Island and try out the many restaurants available as well as many lovely beaches.


The two main towns on the Island are Mahon and Cuitadella both within a 25 min drive from the apartment.

As and when required but we do have to stress that the apartment would be ready for 2pm on arrival and has to be vacated by 10am (but may be flexible if the apartment is empty).

Cleaning / Towels / Linen : Towels and linen are supplied for the number of people booked and are supplied weekly. The apartment is also cleaned weekly for a small additional fee. About Dean

We have been travelling to Son Parc since 1998, we originally had another apartment in the complex from 1998-2004, we then built a Villa in Son Parc, due to family bereavement this became too large for us and we decided to come back to Green Park Village

Lovely property, perfect stay

Photos do not do this property justice, it was clean and well equipped, had everything you could possibly need and much more. Would highly recommend. The pool area is lovely and great for kids and Son Parc is a beautiful area of menorca with a fantastic beach which is also perfect for little ones. Would definitely recommend hiring a car and exploring the island. Great holiday thank you.

It is a very comfortable and well appointed apartment

It is a very well maintained property with very comfortable furnishings, plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking items etc. Very clean with attractive bathrooms and comfortable bedroom. The outlook from the patio is very pleasant. We would book again.

A well equipped holiday home in a fantastic setting

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need, we travelled with a 1 year old and forgot to bring our blender, we asked Linda who manages the property and she bought one to us within the hour! Good furniture on the terrace and comfortable sofas and reclining chairs in the lounge. The apartment is located next to a great pool which is also perfect for kids. There's a nice garden in front of the pool to put your sun loungers. There is a beautiful beach with shallow turquoise waters just a few minutes drive, it also has ample free parking. There's a local supermarket that's got everything you may need. We did our main shop at mercadona at the airport on our way in and then just picked up a few extra supplies from the local supermarket. We highly recommend this holiday home, we will definitely return. Thank you Dean for your efficient booking process, your information supplied and making such a nice holiday home.

Great clean apartment very well equipt

Son parc is a great complex, very sunny with clean pools, the one outside the appartment has a shallow beach style end so really good for young children to play in.

The ground floor apt over looks the pool but set back with gardens in front. Gated patio is secure for kids.

Inside the apt is a home from home with pretty much everything you'd need to cook in the kitchen.

Comfy sofas with tv and DVD player.

Bedrooms are a good size with clean bathrooms.

The owner is really helpful and very approachable.

To enjoy the area fully and the great beaches nearby a hire car would be advisable.

Owner's Response: 5* again, this person actually rented before we were totally ready to rent and we were approached by a friend. The Sofa is comfy and another guest commented on the recliner chairs.

Perfect Stay

We have just returned from a few days stay at Casa Jackson. The apartment was the cleanest and well-equipped apartment we have ever stayed in, so much attention to detail from hand washes in bathrooms and kitchen to diffusers in bedrooms. First day we couldn't get the kettle to work rang Lynda and she arrived within a few minutes with a new replacement !

Pools and gardens very well kept. Apartment is in an excellent place for exploring the island.

The two recliner chairs were excellent for afternoon siestas !

We just wish we could have stayed longer!! Will definitely return.
