Stone mansion dating from the 1930s, located in the heart of the village and close to all shops, has 4 bedrooms including a large dormitory for children. Ideal for 10 people.
On the ground floor are a large fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, dining room and a TV lounge.
On the first floor the house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and a dormitory with 2 single beds and a double bed.
In addition to the private pool, you can relax in a garden of 1600 m2 fully enclosed walls, and can enjoy your meals in a summer kitchen equipped with hotplates, a fridge and a barbecue.

maison agréable mais qui mériterait quelques investissements

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison malgré une importante déconvenue à notre arrivée: la piscine était verte et trouble et donc impropre à la baignade pendant 3 jours. Dommage car c'était pour nous un élément essentiel de la location. Concernant la maison, elle a le charme agréable de ces vieilles bâtisses mais malheureusement n'est pas vraiment entretenue (murs abimés/peinture écaillée, baignoire très abimée) de même que le matériel à disposition.. à part la piscine qui a été récemment rénovée, aucun investissement récent de toute évidence (des ventilateurs dans les chambres seraient un +). Le jardin est très agréable et dispose de nombreux points d'ombre (heureusement car il n'y a pas de parasol) . En conclusion, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances mais trouvons, après une semaine dans la maison, le prix élevé par rapport à la prestation générale.

Maison idéale

Maison remplie de charme et parfaite pour un séjour avec enfants. Jardin agréable, coin repas abrité plus qu’appréciable, piscine bien sécurisée. Beaucoup de commodités à pied : boulangerie/boucherie/pharmacie/location vélo/ marché. Communication facile.

Vacances en Ardèche

Grande maison de famille très agréable avec un grand jardin et une très belle piscine . Calme et environnement magnifique. Placée idéalement au pied de la Doce Via pour ceux qui veulent se promener, y compris avec des poussettes.

De très bonnes vacances en famille et entre amis

Super séjour = la maison est magnifique, spacieuse et très conviviale - plusieurs amis sont passés et nous avons bien profité de la cuisine extérieure- tout était conforme à la description Très bon contact avec la propriétaire Le jardin est immense et très agréable - de nombreux points d'ombres pour se détendre et la piscine vraiment de bonne taille pour nager et que des ados puissent plonger La maison est en hauteur au calme et sur le trajet de la Dolce Via - à faire absolument = des vélos sont en location à 50m et de beaux endroits accessibles en voiture pour se baigner dans l'Eyrieux et sauter des rochers Tous les principaux commerces sont à 5 min à pied Nous reviendrons sûrement

superbe maison, trés agréable

très bon accueil et propriétaires disponibles et réactifs en cas de besoin . La maison est très agréable, conforme aux photos, et le jardin est vraiment sympa car plusieurs petits "coins" si on veux un peu de calme quand on est nombreux. . Très grande piscine sécurisée pour les enfants en bas âge (alarme et portail ). Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.
