The apartment is located within the small & exclusive gated urbanisation of Los Naranjos with easy access to the swimming pool & adjacent childrens pool. Well equipped and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Less than 2 minutes walk to the swimming pools and a seven minute walk to the Clubhouse where you have access to a restaurant, bar, sauna, squash, ATM cash dispenser, tennis, childrens play area, driving range and golf course.

We currently live in Scotland & have been visiting the Marbella area for 35 years. It was always our dream to purchase a holiday property in the area & having spent almost 3 years searching for the perfect property we were lucky enough to purchase our apartment in Los Arqueros in 2015. We have spent the last 12 months renovating & upgrading the apartment to the highest standards & look forward to sharing our home with you.

From our apartment you can be on the beaches of San Pedro within a short 10 minute drive.

The apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. You may smoke on the terrace. The apartment is professionally cleaned & our property manager will meet you on arrival to hand over the keys for your stay and show you the parking area and apartment facilities. She will also leave you her contact details if you require any assistance during your stay. 2 sets of GHD hair straighteners as well as 2 hairdryers have been provided. Complimentary Molton Brown hand wash in bathroom & shower room. Beach/pool towels have been supplied & all we ask in return is that you launder them prior to your departure. Arrival time at the apartment is 3pm & we request that the apartment is vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please note: The age of the lead guest must be 25+ Unfortunately our apartment is not suitable for hen or stag parties.

Communication with Stewart was very good, he answered any enquiries promptly and was very helpful with regards to allowing us to stay in the apartment longer on the last day due to a late flight home.

The apartment is beautiful, very well maintained, excellent quality, extremely clean. Lovely to have a spacious terrace, although we could have done with a bit more shade as it was extremely hot!

Pool was nice and close, there were always sunbeds available.

We enjoyed trips to Marbella, Ronda, Puerto Banus and Mijas - and had a great time.

Thank you Stewart. - we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

One of the best apartments in Los Arqueros

I have been staying in different apartments in Los Arqueros for the past 8 years. This apartment is well above the usual holiday rental. It is very clean and maintained to a very high standard. The fixtures and fittings are beautiful, from the pictures on the walls to the furniture. If you are looking for a home from home holiday apartment I would strongly recommend you choose this fabulous apartment.

A beautifully appointed villa

We (5 adults) had a wonderful stay. Our intention was to play tennis - which we did everyday either (or both) at the Los Arqueros golf club courts that are within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment or at a local tennis club (Bel Aire and Lew Hode).

The weather was divine all week.

The apartment is beautifully presented, the beds comfortable with good linen. The art work distinguished. I recommend it.

I would make two minor comments - the garage space IS very tight to enter and leave with anything but a 'compact' car - we gave up using it (perhaps a reflection of our driving not the space!). We had a medium sized SUV and we could park it but it took stress and care! Nothing can be done about that I'm sure but just a comment for future people to note.

Also we could have done with more detailed instructions how to find the apartment. The postcode does not bring you to it and we made several calls to a tired agent who guided us to it. She was very patient but the villa was not easy to find in the dark. More directions please.

Other than those two minor points we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Excellent property 5 star accomodation

The apartment was very clean with very good amenities. Communal pool a couple of minutes walk and golf club about a 10 minute walk.

We had a great holiday and it was very nice to see a very well kept apartment with a large balcony and uninterrupted views also has nice modern decor.

It was 10 to 15 minute drive to beaches, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and to Benahavis therefore car is essential.

An easy drive from Malaga airport which takes about 45 minutes.

We have been using Owners Direct for a good number of years now & this apartment is easily one of the nicest & well equipped that we have stayed in . From the time we first enquired the owner was extremely helpful. It's in a perfect peaceful location,10 minute drive from the coast & 10 minutes to the beautiful Benahavis.. If you don't want to go far we did eat in the clubhouse one evening which is walkable & is very nice.The pool is less than a minutes walk with glorious views & sun all day .. Most of the time there were only a few other people using it if any at all. A bit tight getting in & out of the garage with a large car but not unlike most car parks in Spain ! The manager was fab & only a call or text away. All in all we had a fantastic time here & would highly recommend it & would definitely use it again if we were to stay in the area.

Our apartment is perfectly placed for exploring all that the Costa Del Sol has to offer.


Many beautiful beaches nearby include San Pedro, Puerto Banus & Marbella all within a 10 - 15 minute drive. All have plenty to offer the whole family including many restaurants, shopping, entertainment and water sports. The local town of San Pedro retains it's Spanish feel & has many small restaurants & tapas bars to enjoy along its pedestrianised main street. It's also possible to walk all the way along the new boardwalk from San Pedro to Puerto Banus or even as far as Marbella. Puro beach at Laguna Village (Estepona) is 15 mins drive with shops, restaurants, beach club and pool overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean.


Malaga Airport is 45 mins drive away on the AP7 Autopista (Motorway.) There are 2 tolls along the route. The first (manned) is at Calahonda & is circa €8 the second toll (unmanned) is at San Pedro & is circa €3.


San Pedro de Alcantara town is approx 5 - 10 mins drive from our apartment.

Puerto Banus 10 - 15 mins drive

Marbella 15 - 20 mins drive

Benahavis village...pronounced Ben ah vees...10 min drive. Renowned for its restaurants, it is often called the dining room of the Costa del Sol.

Gibraltar 45 mins drive, you'll need your passport & be prepared to queue!

Ronda 45 min drive. A must see with it's famous gorge & spectacular scenery. Our complex is situated on the Ronda Road. Turn left as you exit Los Arqueros & keep going. Just 2 minutes up this road on the right hand side is La Heredia. It's known for its pastel painted buildings & has a very nice Dutch baker/deli/bar. There is also a high quality butcher.

Mijas Pueblo 45 min drive. A lovely Spanish town perched on the mountain side.

Further Details:

The nearest large supermarket (Mercadona) is 5 minutes drive from Los Arqueros.

Puerto Banus is a must see with its billionaire yachts, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. This is where the rich and famous hang out. A great place to sit with a cold drink & people watch. Car fanatics will love the Ferraris, Lamborghinis & other exotic machinery which can often be seen here. A taxi from our apartment to the port is approx €15.

Marbella has a nice beach, promenade (Paseo) & lovely old town with small shops and the famous Orange Square (Plaza de Los Naranjos.)

Elviria is approx 25 mins drive from our apartment. It hosts the world famous Nikki Beach. Also situated in Elviria is The Beach House restaurant & bar, a Sunday brunch institution & as the name suggests it's directly on the beach.

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required on booking, balance required 60 days prior to arrival. 50% of rental amount will be refunded if you cancel your stay anytime after the final balance is paid. Cheques are not accepted under any circumstances.
We will try to be flexible on arrival/departure days. Arrival preferred no earlier than 3pm and departure by 10am, unless otherwise previously arranged. Whilst we will always try to accommodate guests requests on change over days, however, it may not be possible if departure/arrivals dates clash.
The age of the lead guest must be 25 years or over.
Unfortunately our apartment is not suitable for hen or stag parties.
