About this property

House with excellent areas, lots of light and large surrounding areas. With barbecue, wood oven and shed the entire length of the house, at the rear and facing the private pool with 10x5m without side protections. Located near the village S. Luis where you can find a restaurant, café, supermarket, butcher and bakery and pharmacy. 12km from Vila Nova de Milfontes and near some excellent beaches of the Costa Vicentina like Porto Covo, São Torpes, Zambujeira do Mar, Cabo Sardão, Almograve, etc. Water is coming from the hole and it is not advisable to use it to drink.

Piscinar e churrascar... maravilhoso!

Que ótima semana passamos em S. Luís! A casa é espaçosa e está muito bem equipada para umas férias em família. A piscina é bem grande, tem um bom churrasco e a envolvente é muito bonita, pelo que nos sentimos mesmo em paz.

Férias relaxantes e muito agradáveis

A casa é melhor do que aparenta nas férias, muito confortável e agradável. A zona da piscina é fantástica. Para umas férias relaxantes e descontraídas é o local ideal. A repetir.

Sossegado e com boas condições

Um grupo de amigos ficou na casa durante uma semana. A casa fica num lugar relativamente isolado e longe do ruído e da poluição luminosa da vila de São Luís. Excelente para descansar e conviver. Podemos estar à vontade. O local tem pouca rede móvel, mas o essecial para fazer chamadas, e limitado em dados móveis. Excelente para um detox tecnológico. A casa tem boas condições, bem equipada e a piscina está em bom estado. O único ponto desfavoravel era o cheio a mofo, de casa pouco usada. Este cheio surgia quando entravamos na casa. Mas que rapidamente desaparecia uma vez que abrimos as janelas.
