About this property

Riverview Apartment - perfect for a time well spent with family and friends

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment, just by Douro river. There are three bedrooms and three complete bathrooms, a living room/dining room with a balcony that faces the river, a kitchen and a second closed balcony in the back. There are beds for 9 people (2 doubles, a double sofa-bed and three single beds) and a baby crib upon request.
There's also a garage parking pace for no extra cost.
All we ask for is reduced noise at late hours, tidiness (there are recycling bins just down the street) and that you take good care of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed, please smoke only in the balconies.

The apartment is located in Campanhã, 15 min. on foot from the train and subway station and 2 min. from the bus stop. You can get to Ribeira in 5 minutes by car or bus, though the 25 minute (2 km) walk may be preferable for those who like to go on foot.

We gather all the ingredients for a calm and comfortable stay, so that you can fully enjoy our beautiful city.

Family trip.

A lovely property and very comfortable and clean.Wonderful views across the river. It is a long way from the old town and the ZR bus is not very reliable and does not seem to run on a Sunday .Over all an enjoyable holiday. I would love to go back and do a cruise up the river,

Large apartment close to river

Really nice apartment very spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Close to the river it took us about 30 minutes to walk to the centre of Porto, there is a bus available but we chose to walk. The apartment was clean and tidy and Filipa was there to meet us.

Excellent apartment and very accomodating owners

We had a great time during our stay in Porto. The apartment was clean and tidy and the owners were very helpful and responsive. There is a huge balcony overlooking the river which is where we spent most of our time when we were in the apartment. The apartment is about a twenty minute walk from the city along the river. There are plenty of shops, cafes and a metro station up the hill from the apartment in Campanhã, which is about a ten minute walk. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment if you are visiting Porto.

Great, cosy and spacious apartment

Filipa was a great host!A big bonus there is a BBQ so the weather was nice and we could sit outside! The river view was great and I would reccommend it to anyone!You can walk to the city centre it takes approx 20-25 min and by cab is just 6euros! All the best to Filipa, thanks for everything!

We are mother and daughter, Margarida and Filipa. The first is a doctor, the other has a open workshop for ceramics, drawing and engraving in the city center (Oficina Gato Bravo - you're very welcome there!). However we both cherish this third activity, it's a great challenge and an opportunity for meeting interesting people, and provide everything for a perfect stay in our city.
