I would like to present to you this spacious TOP renovated 1 bedroom apartment.

Welcome to our gorgeous one bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of the SEA, the mountains, Marbella Marina, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and African Coastline.

The apartment is situated in one of Marbellas best spots Panoramic building.

We have just bought the apartment in january 2016 and it has been top renovated until now in April.

The modern interiors compliment the beautiful views of the Sea, Mountains and Marina, while offering all the comforts and amenities required to make our apartment your home away from home. A truly great place to stay in Marbella.

Less than 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. 2-3 minutes walk to the Marbella marina and a 1 hour stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus.



This finely decorated property contains one luxurious double bedroom. The kitchen is small but stylishly designed and contains everything you would expect from such a deluxe rental. Included are a fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, kettle and cooking utensils and crockery. 

The dining area has space for four people.

As you move round the flat you will find the comfortable living area complete with cable TV and DVD player - perfect for relaxing in front of after a long, hard day. The apartment also has high-speed internet/ Wifi.

The terrace is truly one of a kind. All floor with white marble and the view towards Gibraltar, Puerto Banus and the African coastline is amazing. Lovely sunsets.

This apartemnt is newly bought and top renovated for your convenience. In my opinion it has the best location of the entire coast since its right inbetween Old town/Orange square and the harbor/marina. Just a few steps away to everything. No car needed!

Modern appartment, spectacular views.

Fabulous appartment, newly renovated, very modern. The owner has thought of everything to make it very comfortable. Nice to have crockery that all matches and choice of glass ( even champagne flutes are there). Whilst it is compact, the slide back glass doors increase the space and offer fabulous views. The appartment block is very well maintained and we saw cleaners everyday keeping communal areas ( lifts etc ) clean. There is a reception desk that is manned 24 hours a day. We noted security cameras in communal areas, which gave a sense of feeling safe. We were not troubled by noise inside the building or from outside.

The appartment is close to Old Marbella town which is beautiful, the choice of restaurants is endless. No car is needed and the supermarket is close by.

We used the airport transfer that was offered and Janina was so efficient and she is so knowledgeable about the area. She is a real gem.

I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and we plan to return next year. Wonderful, very well done!!.

Clean, comfortable apartment with terrace catching the evening sun

Loved the apartment. A good size living/dining/kitchen area with all needed appliances and kitchen tools.

A large bed in the bedroom with aircon and wardrobe.

The bathroom had a large shower cubicle and dimmable lighting!

Location good and central, easy walk to marina and old town.

Superb location and beautiful apartment

We spent five nights here and loved it. On the 11th floor (3 excellent lifts), the apartment is higher than nearby buildings and has truly lovely views to the sea, over the harbour, across roofs of the town to the mountains to the west and northwest. The terrace (runs on two sides of the apartment) is a delight - plenty of room to dine outside. We found the seating and the bed very comfortable and even the shower was good! The location was perfect for us - an easy 5 minute stroll into the delightful old town, 2 minutes to the excellent SuperCor supermarket, 1 minute to the beach and the Paseo with the fabulous walk to Puerto Banus and beyond. There is no parking at the building but Alina and Jessica can offer a space a few minutes walk away, or there is a good underground car park (Indigo) within 100 metres of the building. We will gladly stay here again!

Great location next to Old Town and beach. Would absolutely stay there again. Very easy process.

We had a great time in a great location. So close to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Easy access for our day trips to Tangier, Gibraltar, and the Alhambra. Close to many very nice golf courses. Jessica and Alina were very easy to work with. Thank you!

Excellent location and very modern apartment

We stayed in Marbella for 10 days at this apartment and really enjoyed the central location to everything! Unlike some other units we looked at, this apartment was newly renovated and everything was very clean. The huge terrance was wonderful for having breakfast and coffee on each morning, and to watch the action on the beach from above. The old town is literally a 5 minute walk away, which we walked to each day for Sangria and tapas. It was also easy to walk out for a quick swim in the water and back to the apartment for Siesta! Jessica and Alina were extremely good hosts, going out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely recommend this place to our friends!

The apartment and the host were exceptional and went out of her way to get us anything we might need. I would not hesitate to come back to her apartment. Such an amazing view and right there amongst the restaurants, bars and beach.
