Bwlch annexe 1 bedroom holday annexe situated in open countyside nr Cemaes bay

Bwlch Annexe is a 1 bedroomed apartment sleeps 2 situated in the countryside 2 miles from Cemaes Bay village and beach & 1 mile from Cemlyn RSPB Nature reserve.

The apartment is annexed to the main house with its own entrance which is reached by four steps. It also has its own private garden with table & 2 chairs. Sorry I only accept full week bookings. Week runs from Sat to Sat.

The main house has its own table tennis room & heated outdoor swimming pool (summer only) which is available to guests. The pool is 30ft X 10 ft.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom.The lounge/kitchen/diner which is fully fitted with freeview tv/dvd , wifi, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave etc. There is a wetroom with shower toilet and handbasin. Bedding and towels are provided and electric is included in price. A welcome pack of tea, coffee,milk, and sugar is included. I am sorry I am unable to accept pets.The annexe is non smoking.

Anglesey is a walkers paradise with its coastal path,plenty of sports from golf, fishing ,cycling etc.

There are many good places to eat out in the surrounding area.

For those not so active there a plenty of things to see and do.

There is ample private parking by the annexe for cars

Hi I'm Ann and I would love to welcome you to Bwlch Annexe. Bwlch annexe was converted 4 years ago and is a great place to stay for walking cycling etc. or just for a quiet away from it all holiday. It is in a rural location within 25 acres of farmland.It is very easy to find just off the A5025.I used to run a kennels from here but I retired 3 years ago. Hope to welcome you soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bwlch Annexe, although compact the facilities were more than adequate. If you are looking for a peaceful retreats then this is the place to stay. The swimming pool was a real bonus. We will definitely be visiting again!

Cosy and compact but has all you will need

Met Ann and her beautiful cat, both very friendly, Ann very knowledgeable about the area. Property is very peaceful but not too far from main road. Small private garden to sit in, annexe is small but all you will need for a relaxing break is there. It was clean and had new kitchen equipment. The swimming pool is a bonus. Planning to go back next year.
