Brilliant apartment for couples or a small family.

Tesoro Andaluz is a stunning new apartment situated in the luxurious, tranquil and gated Pueblos Los Monteros urbanisation.

The stylish, fully air- conditioned apartment can sleep up to 5. It is on the ground floor and is all on one level.

There is a fantastic outside terrace (which can be accessed from either the sitting room or the master bedroom), from the spacious terrace there is stunning views of the sea and coastline around Marbella (on a clear day you can see the Atlas Mountains and Gibraltar) as well as mountains and protected parkland. The terrace has sun loungers, dining and seating areas. There is also a BBQ.

The spacious lounge and has two sofas (one is a sofa bed), a chaise lounge, breakfast bar, 48" flat screen smart TV and bluetooth stereo. There is free wifi throughout. For comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and in the cooler months the system will also heat the apartment.

The elegant kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, Bosch Appliances (oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher), microwave, juicer and a Nespresso machine. There is also a utility area with a washing machine.

There are two bedrooms. One has widows that open out to the courtyard, double bed, large fitted wardrobes and a safe. The other has a super - king size bed, fitted wardrobe and French doors that open out to the stunning terrace.

There is a four piece toilet with bath and shower, as well as another toilet.

Designed and built in the style of a typical Andalucian ‘pueblo blanco'. Located only 55km from Malaga airport (a 35 minute drive), and only a 5 minute drive from the main A-7 road, just west of Marbella.

Pueblo los Monteros has a wonderful elevated situation. The beautiful grounds and gardens are maintained daily. It is a secure community, with a lovely communal pool, with changing rooms and showers.

Accommodation (all on one level)

Living Area: Large open plan lounge with seating for 5.

Flat-screen 48" smart TV. Full height sliding doors leading to the large terrace, with terrace dining and seating

Kitchen: Fully fitted modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, and Bosch appliances, includes; hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, with separate utility room for the washing machine.

Bedroom: Double bed, bed side cabinets, desk, chair, mirror, hair-dryer large wardrobe, windows open and look out to front courtyard and gardens.

Toilet: with marble vanity unit, and WC.

Master Bedroom: Super - king bed, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror, hair-dryer, French doors which open to terrace seating with sea and mountain views.

Bathroom: with bath, excellent shower, marble vanity unit, WC and bidet.

Garage: Designated space in secure underground car parking accessed by remote control.

Guest Access

The main door to the apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment is all on one level. There are no stairs in the apartment.

Interaction with Guests

We're happy to answer any questions you may have. The apartment is managed locally by Daphne Lodge and her team at Passion for Property. Daphne is very friendly and will be on hand to help and assist with any requests and issues you may have. Daphne is also a fluent Spanish speaker.

The Neighbourhood

The apartment has an ideal location - just a few minutes from the beautiful coastal area of Los Monteros in Marbella.

The closest beach is Bahia de Marbella, one of the best in Marbella, but the lovely beaches at Los Monteros, Elviria and Rio Real are also close.

Marbella old town and glamorous Puerto Banus - with the stars and the famous designer shops are only a 10 - 15 minute drive; central Marbella and La Canada retail park are also a 10 - 15 minute drive.

If that's not your scene - then a short drive away are the old historic Andalucían villages of Istàn, Coin and Ronda.

Pueblo Los Monteros is styled like an old Andalucían hilltop village. It has excellent facilities; a secure communal pool with showers and sun loungers - set within large, well maintained gardens which offer stunning views down to the coast. World class golf and Tennis facilities and clubs are minutes away. Although close to all the buzz and glamour of the area, Pueblo Los Monteros is elegantly quiet, so party revellers would probably do better nearer the resorts.

Getting Around

A car is required, there are several companies to choose from at Malaga Airport.

Other Things to Note

The apartment also has it's own designated parking space, which is underground and requires the garage door remote. The remote will be given to you and makes up part of the refundable deposit.

House Rules

The apartment is strictly no smoking.

One dog by prior arrangement only.

Directions from Malaga Airport:

Leave Malaga airport and take the AP7 direction Cadiz/Algeciras.

Exit the toll road at Calahonda. Follow the signs for the A7 Cadiz/Algeciras.

Once past Elviria, take the Altos de Marbella/Hospital exit.

Follow signs for Pueblo Los Monteros (up through the mountains for about 10 minutes) and we will meet you at the gate.

We love the serenity of this development. Everything is on the doorstep, but it is lovely to come back to the peace of the apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

This area of Marbella is special. Los Monteros has one of the best beaches in the area. Everything is so close; Marbella Old Town, Puerto Banus, Malaga city and Airport, the old Spanish hill towns of Ronda, Mijas and Coin, and just a little further afield is the Sierra Nevada (skiing and hiking) as well as Madrid, which is just a couple of hours by train from Malaga. We think it is the best of Andalucia.

Lovely modern apartment set within a peaceful little complex

Loved out visit to Marbella. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We got lost on our way to the complex, but Just do your research, check google maps and it's easy to find eventually. Probably just needs more detailed directions, or use a sat nav. Lovely location set around 6k from Marbella, you do need a car for shopping and beach trips. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, the complex and pool seemed quiet which added to our relaxing break. Thanks for the late check out too, our trip back to the airport was much easier after two weeks driving around. I would say the apartment is great for couples, or family's with older children.

Nous avons adoré l'endroit c'est super mignon, calme et reposant en même temps pas loin de marbella, puerto banus, calahondas etc... donc situation parfaite pour nous.

Pour nous l'appartement était encore mieux que sur la description et sur photo, donc très satisfaite.

cuisine bien équipé mais manque de couverts et assiettes et manque de chaises de table à manger.

Point négatif : l'isolation et peu de chaises longues à la piscine

Nous y retournerons en tout cas.

Even though we are very close to all the sights and attractions of the area, it is essential that you have a car.

Puerto Banus, Marbella and the old town are only minutes by car. As is Los Monteros which has one of the very best beaches of the area. The supermarkets are just a few kilometres away.

We are only 35 minutes from the airport. The beautiful villages Ronda, Mijas, Coin are very close.
