The name of my house is ?L'Aurore de Royan?. It's a charming house for a night, a week-end or a week, with 3 bedrooms for 6 people.
It's ideal for holidays in a quiet area, near the town center, the market and beaches (=1km)

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a big living room, a kitchen with oven, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, fridge...., a utility room with washing machine, tumble-drier, iron...., and a garage with bikes for visitors.

There is also a garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.

The bedroom « La Grande Conche » (30m2) is for 45 people. It has one double room for parents with an ensuite bedroom for 2 or 3 children. There is one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The bedroom « Foncillon » (15m2) is for 2 people with bathroom, shower and toilet.

L"Aurore de Royan

The property was conveniently located for the town centre and market and it had everything we needed. The weather was hot so we used the BBQ every day. Bikes are provided which is very useful. Aurore was delightful and on hand if anything needed to be sorted. A great holiday.

Séjour parfait !

Séjour parfait, très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. Il ne manque absolument rien à la maison, très propre, extérieur sympa et très bien situé dans Royan, marché tout les jours à pied, plage et centre ville proche. Merci pour cette semaine !

Maison très agréable, rien ne manque. Bonne localisation. Accueil agréable.

La maison est bien agencée et possède tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Terrasse très agréable, petit jardin avec jeux pour les enfants. Rien à dire, on y a passé une excellente semaine !

Parfait

Superbe maison très bien entretenue et très propre. Décoration soignée, rien ne manquait nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous avons bien apprécié les conseils et explications de Mme Métivier à notre arrivée. La maison n'est pas très loin du centre ville et des plages tout en étant dans un quartier très calme. Notre séjour a été parfait et nous recommandons fortement cette location.
