Recently sympathetically renovated old Spanish Farm House with pool.

This delightful renovated Andalucian farmhouse provides quality self catering accommodation with a private pool for up to eight adults and is a great base from which to explore Southern Andalucia. Overlooking the local village of Fuente del Conde which has a small supermarket/shop and the popular Antonio's bar and restaurant serving good local food. Lake Iznajar, Andalucia's largest lake is only a couple of miles away complete with beach which also has the most spectacular lakeside drive. The small town of Iznajar is only a short drive away offering local facilities and an insight into this tranquil way of life. The Costa del Sol, Antequera & Granada are within an hours easy driving. Cordoba can be reached in around 1:45 minute drive. There is a train station at Antequera (25 mins away) serving many destinations with free car parking. The Farmhouse is furnished and equipped to a good standard with modern appliances including Air Conditioning to three bedrooms. Consisting of 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, private swimming pool & large outdoor entertaining area. The cosy lounge is equipped with TV/DVD, music docking station, a variety of books and board games. The dining room is off the kitchen and there is a separate utility area equipped with washing machine. A BBQ is available for use on the pool terrace and to keep you in touch we have free Wi-Fi. Beautiful idyllic location with wonderful accomodation.

The farmhouse was beautiful, full of character and stayed very cool inside despite temperatures reaching 43 degrees some day. The views were absolutely stunning and the pool very welcome and ample size. The seating area outside was spacious and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in this beautiful property.

Second visit didn't disappoint

This was our second visit to the villa and we really enjoyed ourselves. It's such a tranquil place ful of Spanish character with amazing views over olive groves. We watched the stars saw bats and geckos and various birds. Swam in the lake and the pool we would recommend this villa.

Changeover Day:
Peak season changeover is normally Saturday with departure by 1030 and arrival after 1500 to enable cleaning etc.I am familiar with flight time logistics and outside peak periods I will try and fit in with your requirements depending on other bookings.
