New on the rental market(not been rented only used by the family for the last 5 years), Luxury 2 bedroomed decked garden apartment. The apartment is situated in Mirador De Costalita, Cancelada, Estepona which is near to Puerto Banus and Marbella. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the master bedroom includes a dressing area and luxury en-suite marble bathroom, with bath and shower. It is situated in an impressive new development which is set in extensive tropical gardens with 2 swimming pools (one children's). The apartment overlooks lush tropical gardens and fountains. The apartment also has its own private 80m2 newly decked terrace,(renovated August 2015) with lighting, for evening / late night entertaining.It is also perfect for al-fresco dining during the day. With rattan sofas, sun loungers and dining table with 8 chairs. There is also a children's play area with slides and swings secured in a gated area.

The apartment is fully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, Bosch oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, plus utility room with washing machine. There is also a music system, and LCD TV in the lounge

We have furnished our apartment to a very high standard, one that we are proud of, and would expect it to be of this standard if we were renting a holiday home. All the rooms have been fitted out with brand new modern furniture with the bedrooms boasting leather and suede wall headboards. The lounge with white leather sofa and contemporary occasional furniture.Which give that modern luxury feel. Both bedrooms have sliding patio doors which lead directly onto the decked terrace.

The apartment is situated inn Cancelada,near to Costalita,10 minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus. Plus the cosmopolitan area of Marbella with it's picturesque orange square and designer shops.

The village of Cancelada is a 15 minute walk and boasts some fabulous restaurants and bars. There is a Spanish supermarket and also a new Lidl supermarket a short 10 minute walk. Plus a new Burger king !!!

Los Flamingos championship golf course is a 3 minute drive away which also boasts a hotel with luxurious 5 star day spa.

There is a reserved underground car parking space and a lift from the garage to all floors if required.

24 Hour Professional Managing Agents who will meet you at the apartment. (You can also be collected at Malaga airport if you so wish at an extra cost).

The managing Agents will show you around the apartment and inform you of the best places to go etc.

Great apartment with beautiful gardens and pool. Outside decking was wonderful

Wonderful apartment with everything we needed, a real home from home. The gardens and pool were well looked after. Having the outside decking meant we were able to sit out in the evenings after we got back from dinner. The sofas and sun loungers were very comfy with a cold glass of wine in your hand. Would recommend to other travellers
