Delightful beautiful sun drenched chic private self contained villa a few kms from Marbella with full amenities that we have taken pride making into a cosy and beautiful holiday home for ourselves and guests.

A perfect oasis in Marbella, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, this Resort offers everything you need for a relaxed lifestyle in the sun. Ideally located in the sought after Marbella East area, within walking distance from some of Marbella’s finest beaches and beach venues, along with an array of conveniences, this stunning development offers beautiful Mediterranean lifestyle and a wealth of superb onsite facilities.

The spacious split-level townhouse with sunny terraces is cocooned amongst beautifully manicured lawns with 2 large swimming pools edged by attractive sunbathing decks. Additional features that complete this perfectly located development include onsite restaurants, an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, a children’s play area and a concierge service.

A car is optional as everything, including beaches, is within easy walking distance and public transport, that is frequent, is close by. What delights us is that it's close to Marbella but is a hidden gem in a green, upmarket and open area.

The villa is in prime location on the upper slopes providing great views and convenience. The layout and aspect enables independence, privacy and space and yet it is adjacent to the outdoor pools and cafe areas for easy access when needed. It really does feel like your own home with full amenities and independence. The outlook is open bright and airy and with pines at back providing some shade and tranquility.

The property is newly refurbished to a very high standard, modern and clean with high quality full kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and fittings with homely touches and owner's art providing finishing touches to create a luxurious and lovely atmosphere

There are 3 outdoor terraces that follow the sun all day and add a great deal to the living experience. Have breakfast and coffee in the back terrace facing and viewing the pools enjoying the morning sun and with timely shade from the pines makes it perfect, this is also good to watch activity in the pools. In the large front terrace we have made a small and vibrant garden with a large outdoor dining table with is perfect in the afternoon and evening to enjoy the sun and atmosphere for dining and relaxation. This front terrace is private, gated and secure with parking outside the gate for convenience. There is also a large secure storage cabinet available. To cap off the sun experience there is a large sundeck off the upstairs master bedroom that catches all the afternoon sun and evening sunset, has sea views and lovely aspect that gives complete privacy.

Walk out the back of the villa to lovely and established grounds with 3 pools, gym, sauna, cafe, spacious and well maintained grounds shaded by mature pine trees. Perfect family holiday location situated just a few minutes from the quaint harbour marina of Cabopino and only 800 metres to sandy uncrowded beaches. You will find an abundance of amenities on the doorstep. Close to supermarkets and local restaurants and a short hop into Marbella town itself.

Food and dining is important to us and the kitchen has been upgraded to provide a modern and high spec functional space including built in oven, grill, hob, microwave, fitted dishwasher, fitted washing machine with granite work tops and a large fridge and freezer, with good storage. All the required basics such as kettle, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, cooking equipment, glasses and crockery are available. We enjoy the local produce available and its great to use the kitchen and then to relax with a glass or two using the outside terraces as you wish to dine.

As an option for total holiday enjoyment and ease there is a cafe and 2 restaurants at the resort that can provide full catering and refreshments at very reasonable prices throughout the day and evening, it's nice to mingle if you wish.

There is also a poolside bar and restaurant which serves drinks and snacks late into the evening and does on occasion have live music.

The open plan living area is tastefully decorated with a large sofa and separate lounge chair that enables comfortable seating for 4 inside to relax. There is a glass dining table and seating for indoor dining, if and when needed. The wall mounted HD TV provides a range of international channels and connectivity, we use the "Filmon" app to pick up UK channels and stream to the TVs. Wifi is included and is provided on a pre arranged basis from the resort

The master kingsize bedroom is has a large private sun roof terrace attached with 2 sun loungers and umbrella. There is a private luxury bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet for the master bedroom. The master bedroom is fitted with a large sliding door wardrobe with ample hanging space and storage drawers. The bed is ottoman style so there is yet more storage if needed under the bed. There is a wall mounted TV and air conditioning unit. For a couple it's your own private space like a luxury apartment

The second bedroom is also kingsize. It is a bit smaller with storage drawers, bedside tables and some hanging space. It is light, airy and has an outlook to the pools. There is a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink with further storage.

There are a range of activities available in the area including beaches, sand dune reserves and walkways, golf courses, children play areas, walking mountain walking closely and of course restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Overall a complete holiday combination for all the family!

Great stay!

This is a great villa which is exactly as described, Alan was very helpful both before and during our stay answering any questions that we had. The complex is lovely and was very quiet while we were there even though it was over the Easter weekend. It is a short stroll to the beach and restaurants and there is plenty to do locally. As mentioned before, the downstairs bedroom isn't massive however our daughter found it to be fine and she enjoyed having her own space and bathroom. We would love to return someday.

As good as expected

Without wanting to repeat all the positive things said in other reviews, this is indeed a lovely end of terrace house, in the best position on the resort.

Modern décor and ideal furnishings inside and out ( on the 3 terraces) make it a very convenient home.

If you choose to self-cater to a lesser degree, there is the option to use the on-site restaurant or bar cafeteria, or you're only a short drive within 5-10 minutes to a large selection of excellent restaurants, or a 30 minute walk to beach restaurants and bars.

The resort is immaculately kept, even off-season, and you have access to the resort Reception for any information, queries or problems.

Ideally located for access to the A7 coast road east or west, ( also a main bus route) , for access to sightseeing the area; Marbella Old-town is still lovely, as is Mijas Pueblo, both within 30 mins drive.

Alan is a perfect host, and is always prompt to reply to questions at all stages of the rental.

We will return !

A lovely apartment which was perfect for our needs. Lovely furnishings, modern yet homely feel.

We had an excellent stay. Alan's responsiveness was outstanding - indeed exemplar. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would like to return.The apartment was very comfortable. The bedroom upstairs and living areas are lovely and spacious and beautifully presented. The bedroom downstairs is a little tighter for space with a modern ensuite - it suited us perfectly sleeping two teenagers. There is also a very comfortable sofa bed giving a choice of configuration. The complex itself is great - reception staff were very attentive and friendly, excellent clean and well managed pools and a bar by the pool too for drinks and snacks, supermarket in easy walking distance plus a choice of lovely beaches and restaurants within a 1km radius. The apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed eating in too as there is a lovely patio both out the front and another out the back - giving a choice for a sunny or shady lunch / dinner. All in all, we had a lovely relaxing holiday with great beach days, pool days and a very comfortable place to stay. Thank you Alan.

Beautiful Modern Villa in an excellent location

My wife and I stayed here for 14 nights on our annual trip to Marbella (20 years and counting!) and this was the first time we had chosen not to stay in a hotel, so we were somewhat apprehensive about renting a self catering Villa.

As soon as we arrived we knew we had done the right thing. The Villa is beautiful, very clean, bright, modern and well equipped.

The terrace downstairs at the front is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal, It's private and quiet and the planted borders are well stocked with bright flowers and shrubs.

The patio at the back is a nice shaded spot to enjoy a drink and to read a book. The lounge area is very comfortable and spacious and the kitchen has everything you could wish for, the large fridge was extremely useful. The air conditioning works extremely well.The downstairs bedroom is a good size with a lovely bathroom, lots of hot water and a great, powerful, rain shower.

The master bedroom is large with good wardrobe space, the bed is comfortable and it has a lovely sun terrace off it which is great for catching the hot afternoon sun, the loungers are very comfortable. Again the air conditioning in this room works very well. The master bathroom is large with a good walk in shower, again there was lots of hot water and a powerful shower.

As we were staying for two weeks we had a linen and towel change and the maid did a light clean.

In our opinion this Villa is in the best position on the whole complex. The front is not overlooked and the pool is just through the back gate. The complex it's self is very well maintained and clean. The two pools are great, always plenty of loungers.

There is a great supermarket only a 5 minute walk away, it stocks everything you could need and the main bus stop is, again, only a 5 minute walk away.

Cabopino port and the beach are easily walkable.

Alan was a great host right from the time of booking to arriving home. His communication was excellent and really reassuring.

All in all a fantastic and relaxing holiday, we shall certainly be returning.

Great relaxing family break!

Thank you Alan for all your support for our family break. We stayed as family with 2 children, 10 and 7. The villa lived up to expectations. Was great having the pool so close. The villa was furnished well and we could comfortably cook, clean and take quiet time out on the terraces. Only feedback I would give is about getting a cheap DVD player. Our kids brought some but couldn't play them. Didn't dampen though. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked for simple meals. Air con worked well!

We loved the area, albeit a little away from bars/restaurants. The hotel bar was quite tame. You can walk to some bars but a good 20 mins away. Taxis are expensive! Recommendations of Simbads and Beach House were great. Good meals and loved the entertainment at Beach House. Andy's Beach was our favourite. We easily spent 12 hours on beach and ate in the beach bar in evening. Very informal, good music, great for kids and holiday chilled vibe. Mojitos were very good!

Take a trip to Marbella Old Town. Cracking little bars and eating places. Arco by far the best, need to book though!

Wonderful Villa in Marbella

We stayed in Marbella for 8 days, and did not want to come home! We arrived at the villa, and was welcomed by fruit and a lovely bottle of wine. My first impression was how clean and bright the villa was, and how lovely it was to have the choice of eating at the front or back of the villa in the sunshine. We had everything we needed, it is so well equipped. The upstairs bedroom is a lovely size with plenty of wardrobe space. The patio doors lead out to a lovely sun trap with comfortable sun loungers. The bathroom is lovely and clean with a big and powerful shower.

The downstairs bedroom is not as big as upstairs, but compact and lots of cupboard space and with a lovely en suite. The decor is lovely as well. This is a perfect villa for 2/4 people. Outside there are two pools which are lovely, and the area surrounding is very clean, with sunbeds that are extremely comfortable. The indoor swimming and sauna is also very nice. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and would put themselves out for you. The beach is not far away, and just goes on forever. The sand is soft, and the bars along the beach are all lovely. There is plenty of choices of restaurants, all at reasonable prices, and all very very good. All in all I cannot wait to come back to Marbella, and would highly recommend this villa to stay while you are here. Truly lovely!
