A clean and spacious apartment in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing break

A clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in a secure gated community in Torrequebrada, Benalmadena, made available for holiday rentals since 2016. A beautiful golf course, large supermarket, pharmacy and local shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment comes with access to a communal pool that is private to residents and guests staying at the complex. Situated in a peaceful area, a short stroll to the beach and bus services to Malaga city centre, Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel, Marbella old town and the resorts of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola.

The apartment comes fully equipped with all amenities including cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, DVD player and television and with air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as the lounge.

Please be aware that, in common with much of Benalmadena, the apartment is located on a hill. Guests with limited mobility may wish to consider hiring a car or simply using taxis for the return journey of any excursion.

Why Gavin C chose Torrequebrada

We fell in love with Benalmadena after previous visits and decided to buy an apartment for us to use for our holidays. After seeing 18 apartments, we chose this one as we liked the area, which is peaceful and feels very safe. It's great not having to hire a car as the beach is very close and it's easy to get around by public transport. Having a large supermarket and golf course on our doorstep was a big selling point too. This is our first year of offering the apartment for rental so, if you decide to book, we hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do.

What makes this apartment unique

A personal favourite feature is the terrace, which captures the afternoon sun beautifully. The rear bedroom has patio doors that open out on to the terrace and we take advantage of the mild evenings to enjoy a glass of wine there while the kids are safely tucked-up in bed in their room.

Beautiful apartment!!!

As we were arriving very late on Saturday evening, Gavin very kindly sent us the keys in the post, which was fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything that you need for a very comfortable holiday. The dvd’s and board games were fantastic for the children. The pool area was very clean, which was not far from the apartment and sunloungers were in the apartment for us to use, the only downside was the poolside toilets wasn’t open. The balcony was huge and we ate outside most days, it was like having another room.The supermarket was only a few minutes walk away and there was a small gift shop too.There was a lovely indoor cafe, very reasonable prices and a pool table, which our grandson really enjoyed playing on the overcast days!! We had a fantastic holiday, but did find it a little too residential for us, but if you are happy to walk to the town (20 mins away) then you couldn’t go wrong staying in this apartment. Amazing!!!!

lovely apartment in great area

A lovely apartment within walking distance of a very nice beach. Excellent local bus service, the bus stop was just at the bottom of the road. The owners sent us very comprehensive details of everything with regards to the local area as well as the apartment which was a lovely touch. The apartment was perfect for us. Torrequebrada golf course is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment, as is a large Mercadona supermarket. The nearest beach, Playa de la Viborilla, is less than a 10 minute stroll away, as are bus routes to all of the major resorts in Western Malaga.

Buses are frequent and air conditioned and service Malaga airport, Malaga central, Benalmdena, and the resorts of Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Mijas and Marbella from the stops at the nearby Flatotel roundabout.
