About this property

Trahonas Villa is situated in a peaceful location at the top of Pissouri village and is very private. There are stunning unobstructed sea-views from the large patio area surrounding the 10 x 5 meter pool.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open space kitchen/diner/lounge. Outside, there is a shaded area by the barbeque. Garden furniture provides dining space for all guests and there are plenty of sun loungers.

Trahonas sleeps 6. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub with shower over it. The second Bedroom also has a double bed. The third Bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps and air-conditioning. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking requirements with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.

All windows and the patio doors have insect screens. Full central heating is installed and makes the villa cosy for winter rentals.

Wi-fi is included in the rental and most UK freeview channels and International news channels are available on the Internet TV.

Trahonas is located a 15 minute stroll from the central Village Square of Pissouri with its buzzing activity. There are lots of bars and resturants as well as the Amphitheatre where all types of entertainment is provided, local and international.

Lovely Villa but outside area needs attention

Communication with owner excellent. Villa clean inside and in excellent location with fantastic views, close to local amenities. Nice traditional village with good restaurants. Outside area needs attention - sweeping and weeding. Pool developed green algae in the second week of our stay and was not cleaned sufficiently. Pool has an old feel and some of the surrounds are beginning to break up. It would have been been nice to have had a change of sheets for our second week. Also, a file in the property with information about the property and surrounding area would have been helpful.

Very enjoyable stay

Had a really great time staying at the villa. It is spacious and suitable for those who want a quiet holiday. I would generally recommend a hire car, although you can walk into the village. Everything worked as it should have. Great comms with the owner who was very helpful.

Outdoor living.

Well appointed property, superb location. Affords a great deal of privacy, yet bars, restaurants and supermarket are within a short drive.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Pissouri on my first visit and stayed in different villas before finding Trahonas. Trahonas represents a dream holiday location; on high ground with spectacular views over the sea in a quiet secluded area. The pool is larger than most and not overlooked.

You can walk into Pissouri in the evenings to participate in the many events scheduled or simply to have a drink and meal in the many restaurants.

Favourite beach Melanda is only a 15 minute drive away where you can go for long walks and enjoy the best fresh fish at our friend Andreas Tsiolos' Melanda Beach Restaurant. Simply the best!

If you want to enjoy some cool air a 50 minute drive will take you to the top of Troodos Mountains at nearly 2,000 meters (6,400 feet).
