Kempton is a lovely semi-detached upside down cottage situated in the town of Bowness-on-Windermere just five miles from Ambleside. The cottage can sleep six people and has two king-size double bedrooms and one double bedroom all en-suite and on the ground floor. Also in the cottage is a first floor kitchen, dining room and sitting area with a Juliet balcony. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Kempton is a delightful cottage with stunning views over the lakes. Property requires a good housekeeping bond of £150. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Very good
Fantastic location a short walk to lots of great bars & restaurants and beautiful lake walks . Accommodation is comfortable but needs a little tlc downstairs to bring up to standard of upstairs.

comfortable and well equipped
The upstairs living space is excellent and provides a lovely evening retreat to a high standard. The TV should you want is a top of the range which is unusual. Seperate dining area too for the perfect end to a days walking. Perfectly situated just far enough out of Bowness to avoid the weekends noisy activities but close enough to join in.
