About this property

Serene waterfront location at this cozy cottage, a lake shore fire pit, and a lake view sauna with a glass door - perfect for lake lovers, anglers, and relaxation experts alike!
Pet friendly Cottage (extra $50+tax/ pet fee).
Rustic cottage with pine interiors, completely outfitted kitchen, full size fridge, stove and microwave, flat-screen 29" TV with satellite and Wi-Fi. Deck with patio set and BBQ. There are two unique 2 bedroom loft units with corner gas fireplaces and a large picture window overlooking the lake. You can rent just 2 bedroom loft or two of them. A connecting door between the two units allows for large groups or families (up to 12) to be together (using 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 decks with 2 BBQs). Full bed linens, pillows and blankets are supplied — as well as coffee filters, salt & pepper, and dish detergent.
The cottage has wooden interior and exterior. So, fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Red Cedar Barrel outdoor sauna is ~ 2.5 m above ground with amazing lake view!
You can rent Icefish hut for 4 persons - $30 extra.RICE LAKE (on-site):
Rice Lake Fishing (muskies, bluegill, largemouth bass, northern pike, crappie, walleye), boating, waterskiing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming.
- NOTE: The property requires to go using a rump and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Double charges must be applied for staying unregistered and unpaid guests. The applicable fee(s): Day Only – $15 per person/per day Day + Overnight – $50 per person/per night Day visitors must leave premises by 9:00 pm Damage: All cottage and/or boat rentals require a security/damage deposit by Visa/MasterCard at check in. The leader of the group is responsible for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property – along with any additional costs that may result – which are caused by you and/or any members of your party. We can require payment from you to cover any such costs, and broken items will require a like for like replacement. Pets: Small pets are allowed but it is a subject of approval. The weekly charge for one small pet is $100 and $50 for weekend.

Nice and clean cottage with everything you needed for your stay.

Easy to rent, easy to get to and owners were very easy to deal with. 90 minutes from Toronto so ideal for a week or weekend on the lake.

Relaxing at the lake

Great area,the lake is beautiful,cottages are very clean and roomy,nice deck outback with a great view of the lake and beautiful sunsets,fire pits at every cottage and very courteous and friendly owners,we’ll definitely be back

Loved the cottage with deck Everything clean, immaculate.

Very nice property & cottage! The only detriment was the Lake very weedy for swimming as I like to take a long swim in the lake. Owners very nice & helpful. I would suggest they carry a pamphlet of a Map of the area to Peterborough for a evening out & good places to dine out & shopping near by!! Thanks Sherry
