Ottimo alloggio.

Appartamento molto comodo e dotato di tutti i servizi. All' interno di un tranquillo complesso dispone di un comodo parcheggio privato.Utili le biciclette a disposizione con cui raggiungere il centro e il mare in 5 minuti.Un ringraziamento a Giacomo molto disponibile e preciso che ci ha fornito anche utili consigli per goderci al meglio la nostra vacanza.

Proprietario Super!

Appena rientrata da San Vito lo Capo, ho soggiornato c/o l'appartamento del Sig. Giacomo dal 9 al 16 giugno 2018. Ho scelto quest'appartamento perchè il Sig.Giacomo fin da subito si è dimostrato una persona molto disponibile nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande e ha saputo consigliarmi al meglio. L'appartamento lontano dal rumore notturno della via principale, è come dalle foto, all'interno di un residence, al piano terra con due verande di cui una veramente enorme (sul retro). Le camere sono molto spaziose come anche la cucina ed il soggiorno. Distanza dalla spiaggia a piedi (con calma) 8-10 minuti, ma il proprietario ha anche le biciclette! soggiorno perfetto!!!

Casa carina, buona posizione: scelta consigliata!

Ho trascorso in questa casa una settimana con la famiglia a metà giugno 2016. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di trovare alcune bottiglie d'acqua in frigorifero e un bel cesto di limoni direttamente dal giardino del fratello del proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, comprese le due biciclette in uso gratuito che abbiamo sfruttato sia per andare in spiaggia che per spostarci nel paese. Le due camere matrimoniali hanno letti comodi e spazi sufficienti per riporre gli abiti. L'appartamento è dotato di climatizzatore che però non abbiamo avuto bisogno di usare, data la temperatura perfetta e la gradevole corrente che si poteva creare in casa avendo finestre e porte finestre su lati opposti. La cucina è ben organizzata, c'è tutto il necessario: abbiamo trovato anche detersivi per la casa e spugnette per i piatti, che non abbiamo usato avendo portato le nostre. Forno pulito e funzionante. Gli arredi sono nuovi e graziosi, la pulizia buona (forse perfettibile quella del box doccia, ma so di essere un po' fissata..). Abbiamo richiesto anche la dotazione di biancheria da letto e da bagno, che non è compresa e si paga a parte (5 eur a testa, cifra assolutamente accettabile): sia le lenzuola che gli asciugamani erano in ordine e puliti, oltre che adeguati nel numero (a noi ne sono avanzati..). In conclusione mi sento assolutamente di consigliare questa casa per la posizione (il centro si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi, la spiaggia in 10, ma con le bici i tempi di dimezzano), per le dotazioni e per la cortesia dei proprietari. San Vito lo Capo è splendida , le persone sono molto cordiali ed accoglienti e si mangia divinamente!

Bellissimo!

Il proprietario cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento e gli arredi sono nuovi e tenuti molto bene. Ha una veranda ampia e soprattutto giardino con parcheggio indispensabile a San Vito Lo Capo..ci siamo trovati benissimo.
