About the property

Recent air-conditionned house for 6 persons with swimming pool at 4km of Uzes

You will appreciate our recent and comfortable house of about 180 m2 ("the Mas de Tiomka") located in a small village 4km from Uzès and 8km from Pont du Gard. We tried to apply the principles of feng shui to the layout of our house and garden.

We are located in a quiet residential area in the countryside, overlooking the vineyards. Located 25km from Nimes, 35km from Avignon, 1 hour drive from the sea and near the Cevennes, you can enjoy our beautiful region between visiting typical villages, hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, and vineyard tours.

Our house can accommodate maximum 6 people, including children. Given the configuration of the rooms, it is not possible to accommodate more than 2 children between 2 and 10 years.

The house is air conditioned, equipped with a large living room (70m2), 4 bedrooms (a master suite, a double and two singles), 3 bathroom / shower room and 3 toilets. Guests can enjoy the landscaped garden with olive trees, Mediterranean plants and flowers (1200m2) and swimming pool (8 * 4) with its beach and deckchairs. Description of the parts is described below.

All linens and towels, tea towels are provided. The bedding is new and quality. The very bright house has been decorated in a chic country atmosphere with all the comforts of a modern home. The cleaning fees we apply cover the washing and ironing of household linen, maintenance of the pool and green spaces. So we are waiting for you to return the house to a state of cleanliness where you found it.

Our house of approximately 180 m2 is composed according to:

     - On the ground floor :

- A parental suite of 25 m2 (bed 160 cm) equipped with a dressing room and a bathroom with WC. A cot for a child under 2 years old can be provided.

- A single room of 15m2 (bed 90cm) including a bathroom and toilet open

- a large living room of 70m2 (living room, dining room and open kitchen fully equipped)

- laundry

   - 1st floor:

- A double room of 13m2 (140cm bed)

- A single room of 12m2 (bed 90cm)

- A child's playroom of 8m2 with an extra bed (sofa - 90cm)

- A double bathroom (bath, shower) of 9m2 and a separate WC

The heating consists of a reversible air conditioning, adjustable in each room and room except the single ground floor.

The green space maintenance is performed once a week; pool maintenance 2 times / week.

The hiring alternately from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Departures are no later than 10am. Possible rent for up to 6 weeks.

We want people respectful and careful. The entire house is non-smoking and our pets are not allowed (including outdoors).

A deposit of 1500 € is requested on your arrival (check or cash). An inventory of incoming and outgoing is made in your presence. The deposit is returned no later than 7 days after your departure. Similarly, you are asked to extend your home insurance (resort insurance) for this rental.

NOTA BENE: from September 2018 to mid-June 2019: the furnished rental of our property for at least 6 months and max 10, is possible (charges included (electricity, water, maintenance green areas / pool, wifi).

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours géniaux dans cette villa. Cette dernière est au calme, isolée (avec portail automatique) et bien située avec un large parking. Très bien équipée (cuisine équipée, bbq, climatisation, vaisselle en suffisance, 2 fours, 2 toilettes, 3 sdb, 4 belles chambres, grand living room, 2 terrasses dont une couverte,...) elle dispose également d'une piscine très agréable et d'un beau volume de jardin. C'est une maison très propre, décorée avec goût et très bien entretenue. les commerces utiles (un carrefour, une boulangerie, une cave à vin,...) sont à moins de 3kms du Mas et rendent la vie bien plus facile. Propriétaire super sympa (elle nous avait préparé un panier de bienvenue avec des produits locaux) et disponible. On se sent très à l'aise dans cette belle villa ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région d'Uzès (à 5kms) et des villages alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et encore un tout grand merci à Nathalie.

Accueil sympathique

Trés bonnes informations sur les activités aux alentours

Nous avons juste regretré l absence d un four à micro ondes et d une bouilloire électrique

Mais ce n est qu'une suggestion et cela n enlève rien à la qualité de la locat

Owner's Response: Merci Denise pour votre venue avec votre sympathique famille et pour votre appréciation. Nous vous accueillerons volontiers l'année prochaine (pas la semaine prochaine :)) . La bouilloire électrique était en effet au SAV suite à un dysfonctionnement, et il n'y avait pendant votre séjour que la bouilloire à gaz, certes moins pratique. Ce point sera rectifié. Pour le four micro-onde, nous n'avons pas souhaité en mettre un pour des raisons de santé. C'est pourquoi, il y a deux fours électriques à chaleur tournante dans la cuisine.
