The apartment has been completely renovated and is located 3 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums and the Ottaviano Metro. It is located in an area with numerous shops, restaurants and also a local market with internal parking.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms for 6 people:
Orange room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Gray room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.
Blue room 'with two single beds and a private bathroom outside the room.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob. It is equipped with all utensils, dishes, toaster, Espresso coffee machine and electric kettle.
The apartment has a small utility room with washing machine, ironing board and drying rack. All bedrooms and living room have LCD TV, air conditioning and free wifi. All three bathrooms are furnished with a shower cubicle and equipped with a hairdryer.

Fabulous apartment

We stayed in Paola's apartment again last week when on our annual visit to watch tennis in Rome - last year we couldn't stay here as it was already booked but we made sure we booked early this time! Everything was just as it was 2 years ago and it felt like a brand new apartment again - there was no evidence of wear and tear in the 2 years since our last visit. Paola very kindly allowed us to check in earlier which was great as it meant we didn't have to take our suitcases with us to lunch! She is always on hand if anything is needed but we didn't need to ask anything of her this time. The taxis she arranged were ready to meet us at the airport and at the pre-arranged meeting place for our return (which wasn't the apartment). The location is excellent being very close to the Vatican but you don't feel that you are staying in a tourist area. There are lots of restaurants very close to the apartment and also a supermarket just around the corner too. The location is also very near to Ottaviano metro station. This year we walked to Foro Italico to watch the tennis and this took just 30 minutes flat walking - it was probably quicker than taking the bus! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paola's apartment and next time we are in Rome we would hope to stay here for a third time. Thank you Paola.

Fabulous property and amazing host

Paola was a great host who allowed us to check in early and check out late. The property is fabulous with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is excellent for the Vatican and lots of amazing restaurants round about. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Rome. Thank you Paola!

Lovely apartment perfectly situated for touring this amazing city. Should have stayed longer!

This lovely apartment totally suited all our need situated within 5 minutes of the Vatican and within walking distance for many excellent restaurants. Excellently equipped and tastefully furnished we couldn’t have wanted for more. The delightful Paola couldn’t have been more helpful before our visit and when we arrived. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a beautiful property ideally situated for exploring Milan.

Fabulous apartment and great service

We were a group of 4 wanting 3 beds and 3 bathrooms and this apartment seemed to be perfect for us. From the start Paola was super efficient responding to my messages within a very short space of time and telling me what I needed to know. The apartment itself has been very recently renovated and is immaculate. The living room and each bedroom has a remote control flat screen TV (not that we watched it) and all have air conditioning also. Super sized walk in showers and new bathrooms. Great location with just a few minutes walk to the Vatican City and also an easy walk to Pantheon, Piazza Navona etc. Very close also to metro, bus and tram routes. Lots of restaurants and gelateria's in the area too. I would highly recommend this apartment and we will certainly return here when we are next in Rome.
