Our villa is a short distance from Le Boulou a twice weekly market town which boasts a casino,thermal complex and easy access to riverwalks. Other amenities include: several restaurants, bread shop, supermarkets and a fishmonger. Back at the villa, the large area can allow a diverse age group to be happily entertained.

There is within the Chartreuses tennis facilities which are scarcely used and, for cyclists a fabulous bike ride track towards the coast.

The third bedroom can be altered to sleep 3 persons adults or children. In the case of 7 persons of which 3 are couples a very comfortable bed setee can be added to the main lounge.

Owner's Response: Location very well located between Sea Mountain. Spacious and pleasant house to live in. Owner friendly and welcoming. Short everything you expect from a holiday place. reviewed in French and loosely translated into English. Six happy satisfied customers who made the most of the facilities and used the owners local knowledge to their benefit.

Villa Peuplier is located 200m above sea level in the foothills of the Pyrenees, overlooking the market town of Le Boulou and taking in superb views of the dominating Canigou mountain range. The Villa is geared to the outside lifestyle of the region with both the front and rear of the building catering for, ( via an open planned kitchen) a flowpath from balcony to poolside to allow maximum uninterrupted views and leisure facilities.

The pool is set in a terrace for maximum appreciation of the sun, and likewise, the balcony to the front allows further comfort and tranquility.

The views from the villa are stunning over the Alberes and valley. A lovely pool terrace and open plan modern living, this villa is suitable for all family groups - 2 families or an extended family.
