About this property

SEASCAPE is situated in the prestigious development of Kamares Village, situated just north of Tala, overlooking Paphos and the coastline. A one story villa with superb views of the sea and coastline from every room. The kitchen and lounge are open plan with pretty arches, and very comfortably furnished as a home rather than a rental property. The villa is entered by a large hallway with vaulted ceilings which leads to the comfortable bedroom wing with master en suite with shower, and second bedroom with family bathroom with bath / shower.

This year 2019 we added a sun room which is glorious on overcast or windy days. During the summer the bi fold doors on both sides can be opened so the whole sun room/dining room is opened up and the sea view to be enjoyed. A stunning extension for a stunning home.

Entry to the pool and patio is from either bedroom or from the lounge or sun room area. Breathtaking panoramic views from the pool patio with loungers and shaded areas. A BBQ is in place for alfresco dining.

Fabulous Villa!

The photos on the listing do not do justice to how beautiful and spacious the villa is, with more than ample storage. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive, even recommending a reputable car hire agency. The saltwater pool was amazing, with beautiful views down to the coast, and Tala itself is a beautiful village, very centrally located. We will always have very fond memories of our stay.

Peaceful holiday

The bungalow lived up to the reviews online and was surprisingly cool inside during the day and a nice retreat from the heat. Very peaceful area with great views and a very much appreciated welcome pack was waiting for us so we didn't pass out with dehydration or hunger ! Jennifer and Richard were on hand if needed with tips and help. Would have no hesitation in stayng again if in the area, great holiday and definitely recommended.

Second Visit

Had a very nice time weather great, villa great, extension great, ,just as we knew it would be. This is the only villa in cyprus that we have used twice and we have been here 15 times, so we would have no second thoughts to book a third time. A lovely Villa

The Villa is a very nice and comfortable with lovely views towards Paphos. It was great to sit out at night plane watching The pool was an excellent size for us. Everything we needed for our holiday was provided and when help was needed it was readily available from Jennifer. The Villa is situated only a short distance from Tala square where there are a number of eateries etc. If we return to Cyprus in the future we would definitely look to stay at this lovely Villa.

Richard and Jennifer are from Jersey, Channel Islands. Richard is a retired airline pilot who was based in the Middle East and Hong Kong for most of his career. Having spent so many years traveling and staying in hotels and rented accommodation, we feel that we understand what people want when renting.
We travel in the summer and spend the winters in our new house in Cyprus. It has therefore been furnished as a home and not just a holiday let.

Why they chose this property

It took a couple of years to find this special property as one priority was "no steps" and the other was views and privacy. We lived in Cyprus 20 years ago but have now returned! The service and friendliness of the Cypriot people is fantastic.

What makes this property unique

The bonus of this property is that there are no steps, panoramic views and it is not overlooked. The area is very peaceful, yet very close to the "action" if that is what you want. Plenty of local grocery shops and tavernas close by.
