3 Storey Quad Villa/house perfect for any family holiday needs.

Sleeps 5 comfortably.

Comprises of living room with TV, 2 & 3 seater leather sofas, American style kitchen diner with all mod cons, glass kitchen table & 4 chairs.

Ground floor shower room with washing machine.

2 first floor double bedrooms one with double bed and one with either 2 singles or can be placed together to create another double. Ground floor bedroom with three quarter size bed.

Full size family bathroom with shower.

Sun terrace to front with 2 balconies (one off main bedroom) and roof terrace with storage space, tumble dryer and laundry drying area.

Ground floor patio area is amazing with plenty of space to relax, eat and sunbathe.

Palm tree offers pleasant shade when needed.

Garden furniture table and chairs available with umbrella and sun loungers.

Communial swimming pool is regularly cleaned and is just a 2 minute walk. A key is supplied to enter the pool area which means it does not become crowded and often you can enjoy a swim by yourselves.

About Mrs S Sturman

The Sturman Family which comprises of Grandad, Grandma, 3 sons their wife's plus lots of children and now grand children have been enjoying this house since it was built 15 or so years ago. Its such a great place to go and relax and its almost impossible to use the same restaurant twice as the choice is so huge (we have our favourites). We now want to share our little gem with other families and are sure you will enjoy it as we do. The house has been made very homely with lots of pictures, ornaments and bits and bobs which should hopefully make you feel very at home as soon as you arrive.

Why Mrs S Sturman chose Orihuela

The property was picked from plans whilst it was being built. Grandad picked this one because it had a good view of the sea, was south facing so we could enjoy the sunshine and was as close to the pool as you could get without it being too close and intrusive. Its perfect if you are looking for somewhere that is close enough to enjoy the busy sites but further enough away to get peace and quiet when wanted.

The villa was absolutely beautiful, very clean and comfy. Close to the bars and the bus stop. We were left a very detailed folder with all the information we required to enjoy our holiday. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Lovely semi-detached villa, equipped to the highest standards..

Fantastically well-equipped, there was nothing we needed to bring. Olive oil was in the cupboard, together with lots of other goodies. Needless to say, we replaced what we used. Very comfortable beds, and great air-conditioning. The communal pool was just 30 seconds walk away, and quite immaculate. Mercardo supermarket just 5 minutes away: we bought fresh croissants and bread there every day, as well as other loads of fresh fruit, vegetables and fish. Very nice and helpful neighbours, who helped us with minor queries. Highly, highly recommended!

Fabulous Holiday!

We had a fabulous holiday, the house was lovely, very clean, great patio area, we used the pool most days ( which is just behind the house so perfect) we couldnt find any faults tbh, its only a short drive to a number of lovely beaches, lots of choice in restaurants, villa martin is a square with lots of choice when it comes to eating,we have already booked again for next year, wouldnt hesitate to recommend, my hubby played golf at Campoamor, he said the course was fab! And of course the spanish weather was splendid.

The urbanizacion is a wonderful mix of holiday rentals and year long residents. The nearby coast is littered with beautiful white sandy beaches and the choice of shops and restaurants is inexhaustible. We are local to 3 beautiful golf courses so the house is beneficial to both holiday makers and keen golfers alike. The street is very quiet with ample parking and it is rare to see passing traffic.

Notes on accommodation: We have a strictly no smoking policy in the apartment. No all male or female parties under 25 years of age, and no pets please. Outside: Front garden with street parking & patio. Roof top solarium with panoramic views of the surrounding area, and small terrace off master bedroom. Table, chairs and umbrella are supplied on main patio area along with sun loungers. There is a large kidney-shaped communal swimming pool in a beautiful gated green area with umbrellas and benches. Maintained on a daily basis, it is open 9am to 9pm between April-October - a key will be provided for access. Cleaning / Towels / Linen. Towels and linen are provided. Property is cleaned between rentals. We would appreciate it if you could place all dirty towels and bed linen in the downstairs shower room before departure.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
