Villa 300 meters from the beach

Rustic style, the villa has all the elements necessary to enjoy a fantastic holiday.
The location is wonderful, the great lake Esperanza together with the nearby mountains form a simply spectacular view. Quiet zone

Just 100 meters away is a newly renovated magnificent promenade where you can take walks along the lake.

As for the beach, it is simply the best stretch across the bay of Alcudia as there are no hotels near our home allowing a much greater enjoyment with a less crowded beach tourists.

Very close to our house you can also find various kinds of leisure services such as restaurants, bars etc. However, in the port of Alcudia, where you arrive in approximately 30 minute walk along the beach promenade, you will find in addition to restaurants and bars, shops where you can spend a fantastic afternoon shopping.

In front of our house and just 5 minutes away is a bus stop. However, if your choice is the taxis, there is a station just 10 minutes.

In addition to practicing all kinds of water sports (windsurfing, diving, canoeing, waterskiing, etc.) And sports road (cycling), you can enjoy endless walks on the beach, enjoy bars and restaurants where you can provar the typical Majorcan cuisine , tour the ancient ruins of the "Roman city of Pollentia", enjoy amazing landscapes, etc.

Superschöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, sauber, gut ausgestattet und von der Terrasse schaut man über den See auf die Berge, herrlich. Zum Strand läuft man auch nicht weit und der Supermarkt ist fußläufig auch gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. 👍

Port de Pollença

The apartment is small but worked well for 3 adults. The location is quite convenient for exploring the area especially during the off season. I would guess it would be quite busy during the main tourist months.

Tolles Haus in familienfreundlicher Lage

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in der Villa Rosa verbracht. Der Check-in und -out hat sehr unkompliziert geklappt. Toni war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt mit drei Schlafzimmern oben und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Unten ist ein weiteres Duschbad vorhanden. Der Blick auf den See ist super schön, die Promenade ist gleich um die Ecke. Der See ist kein Badesee. So ruhig wie in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben ist, war es allerdings nicht. Ein Hotel gegenüber vom See hat abends Animation, die von ca. 21:45 Uhr bis 23:45 Uhr geht. Es ist erträglich, aber eben nicht komplett ruhig. Das Haus liegt etwas weiter gelegen zu den touristischen Shopping-Areas. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 8 Minuten, genauso wie zum Eroski Supermarkt. Der Strand ist ideal für kleine Kinder, da es sehr flach reingeht. Die Bushaltestelle liegt nah dran, sodass man gut in die Altstadt oder zum Hafen fahren kann. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen :)

Bella casa vicino al mare

Toni si è rivelato un host molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. La casa è una soluzione perfetta, a tre minuti dal mare a piedi, in una zona dell’isola molto bella. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra bimba di due anni e mezzo ed una coppia di amici con un bimbo della stessa età e gli spazi interni ed esterni alla casa si sono rivelati molto confortevoli. Un’esperienza da ripetere che consigliamo a tutti.

Nice house in quite location.

Very nice house in quiet location of Alcudia. Beach a very short walk and away from hotels and tourists. Even in july, there where few people on the beach. House and garden is completely fenced allowing smaller kids to be outside more freely.
