2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom With Sea Views

This frontline two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the colourful Albufeira marina, with spectacular views over the marina and across the harbour to the sea. The marina hosts several bars and restaurants, along with activities including boat trips, segway rides, indoor bowling and indoor go-karts - all on the doorstep to the apartment.

Air conditioning provided to lounge and both bedrooms. Internet WiFi installed.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people with two separate bedrooms (possible for a further person on a sofa bed in lounge, ask for details) the beds have 1000 pocket springs to give a good night's sleep. There are two bathrooms, both containing sink, toilet and shower, one also has a bath and bidet.

The large lounge is equipped with comfortable seating and entertainment including LCD TV, Bluray/DVD player along with an assortment of board games and books. A guest safe is also available for use (free of charge).

A six person dining table and chairs gives spectacular views of the marina whilst dining and outside seating is available on the apartments two balconies.

The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Cooking appliances include electric oven, gas hob and microwave. A kettle, toaster and iron are also provided.

A spacious shared pool provides somewhere to sunbathe (loungers provided) and to take a swim to cool off from the Algarve sunshine.

The apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator access, intercom, CCTV and 24 hour security guard patrols. The apartment also features centrally monitored smoke/fire alarms and fire blanket and extinguisher.

This apartment has been furnished and equipped with premium brand electricals from Sony, Bosch & Siemens.

Location is ideal being only 40 minute transfer from Faro airport. The apartment is walking distance, along the sea front, to the old town with its many bars, cafes, restaurants and fisherman's beach area. Both taxi rank and bus stops are available directly outside the apartment complex. There are two large supermarkets within easy reach as well as several smaller shops. Salgados Golf Course is ten minutes drive away.

Optional extras are available (additional costs may be incurred) including baby cots, high chairs and private secure car parking.

The apartment was just as advertised brilliant living space a home away from home if not better, the views were amazing from the apartment balcony. If anything at the most could have done with a fan in the room. Great little bars and restaurants around the marina and only a short 10 minute walk into the old town. Great place to stay, great communication and support from a warm and friendly host and staff which we met on arrival. No problems no hassle definitely recommend and would stay again.

Fabulous!

Great location, albeit 20 minutes walk from the Old Town (up hill), taxis or tuk-tuks may be better for those less able.

Apartment lovely, great views of the marina, shops locally supplying basics only. Plenty of restaurants below the apartments, nightlife music was not too loud, so it didn't interrupt our sleep - however we were there in May when it was considered 'out of season'.

Couple of hiccups while we were there, but the agents got it sorted for us.

Recommended, would definitely visit again.

Another wonderful stay at the apartment

Having visited last year, we knew what to expect. At this time of year the place is pretty chilled out with busier places a short walk away if that is what you are looking for; there is something for everyone. The apartment is very comfortable with all necessary amenities as well as extras! Beds are comfy and the showers are great. A choice of 2 balconies overlook the pool and marina which are wonderful to sit out on to eat or enjoy a glass of wine. There was a useful new addition to the apartment - a 'free' cupboard of donated items that people have not managed to use up before the end of their stay. We managed to leave our own contributions!

A wonderfully relaxing week in the sun. We will be back!

Fantastic marina property

Stayed at this very comfortable and beautiful apartment early October.It has everything you need for your holiday.The view from the 2 balconies is fantastic and the sun is on them all day.It is a nice walk into the old town,about 10 minutes , and you get lovely views of the harbour and coast.This was our first trip to the Algarve but the location of this lovely apartment has got us booked up already for next June.Thanks Stu,.

Lovely apartment, home from home everything we needed. Air con much appreciated, Very clean and tidy, furnished beautifully. Located above bars and restaurants but no bother with noise. Fantastic views from balconies, great pool, always sunbeds available. 20 mins walk to beach an old town. Fantastic 2 weeks stay would definitely recommend (already have to friends and family) we are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you x

Airy and clean apartment with a wonderful view.

The apartment was spacious, airy, clean and light. We had a balcony view of the marina below. The pool was refreshing. Easy walk to Old Town and the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying at the apartment or return to it again.
