Block 33 - Modern, bright and spacious, home from home apartment, furnished to high standard comprising of:-

Master bedroom with King size bed, en-suite and balcony with loungers, (which enjoys afternoon/evening sunshine).

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds in each. All bedrooms have dressing table, chair, drawers and ample wardrobe space. Hair dryer provided.

Travel Cot supplied FOC.

In addition to both bathrooms with bath, shower and bidet, there is also a separate toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen with welcome pack containing essentials.

Comfortable lounge with large sofa seating 6 people, Uk TV channels, DVD and wifi included.

Dining area with table and chairs seating 6. High chair also provided.

Both areas have access to sunny balconies (one with table and chairs) overlooking the garden area to the back of the property.

All windows and doors have Electric shutters and a safe is supplied for the use of guests. The building has a lift and Secure video entry system to both back and front entrance doors. Ample parking is available to front of property.

Pools are within enclosed garden, accessed from a door at the back of the building. Pool towels (in apartment) are available for guest.

Guests will have a complimentary Meet and Greet service. This is supplied by Marta from Marplus Management Services, office based in block 31.

The beautiful Praia da Oura and St. Eulalia Beaches are within walking distance and also Fisherman's beach in the old Town, all of which offer water sports. Albufeira Old Town can also be walked to (approx 35 min) or take a 5 min taxi ride costing around 6 euros.

Restaurants, cafes, shops and bars all within a 5 min walk, to either St. Eulalia or The Strip. Water parks - Zoomarine Water theme park 10km or Slide and Splash, Lagoa (bus transfer available). Boat trips from Albufeira or Vilamoura Marina, Jeep safari day trip and many more activities can all be booked at local information offices close by. Shopping at Algarve shopping Mall, Guia. Golf courses at Pine Cliffs, Balaia and Vilamoura (club hire available at airport).

Airport transfers can be arranged.

Why Jane chose Montechoro

After a third holiday to Albufeira we decided this was where we would like a holiday home. It has been used only by family for the last 8 years but unfortunately commitments have made it impossible to visit as often as we have in previous years, resulting in the decision to rent for the first time this year.

Fantastic spacious, well maintained apartment. Fab location!

Just back from a two week stay in this apartment, with my husband and and three children. We loved the spacious apartment. It was spotless and well equipped.

Our children enjoyed the pool and this area was clean and well maintained, with lovely grounds.

The location of the apartment was first class and we could walk to the main areas of Albufeira within five/ten mins

Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from

and a visit to the Old Town is a must. The children enjoyed the rail road train, which was our chosen method of transport.

Jane, the owner, was so helpful answering all our questions promptly and nothing was too much trouble

This was our first visit to Portugal and it certainly won't be our last!!

Spacious ,clean and great location!

This is an excellent apartment in a great location. We stayed with three kids and it is well suited to a family. There are restaurants around the complex and the strip is within walking distance. Both the owner and local manager were welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to family and friends.

OUR LOVELY WEEK IN PARQUE DA CORCOVADA

This apartment was absolutely perfect in every way. Our party comprised 4 adults and two boys aged 10 and 15 and the apartment was so spacious there was more than ample room for all. In a perfect location, easy to get wherever you want. We used taxis a couple of times - always on time and very helpful drivers. As well as eating in we visited a few restaurants, all of which were delightful. Along with the apartment there is a shared pool, which I used a lot. Very peaceful - nice not to have to search for sunbeds! We visited the beach, which we knew from previous visits and the Old Town - always a favourite. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and hope very much to return there. Cannot thank the owners enough for letting us share their beautiful home for our one lovely week.

Fabulous apartment

Having stayed at the Corcovada for several times in the past, I can truly say that this apartment has been the best apartment where my family and I have stayed within the resort.

The apartment is truly home from home, having all amenities and facilities that you would expect from a 5 star establishment.

Located on the first floor affords privacy and security to the holiday marker. The apartment has 3 balconies , two having sun from morning till night and one that has mid afternoon sun until dusk.

The furnishing within the apartment is beautiful and has been tastefully decorated and the wifi and tv are useful, especially when holidaying with teenagers who have to contact friends via Facebook & Skype.

All in all a fantastic apartment and an amazing holiday!

Fantastic Apartment

This apartment was perfect in every way. Spacious accommodation with everything you needed towels, linen and welcome pack. Apartment location was ideal close enough to all restaurants, bars and a short taxi ride away from the old town.

Booking the apartment was so easy thanks to Jane, she kept us informed and even sent a welcome text the day we arrived.

We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely rent in the future.
