Particular features of note include a lounge with a woodburner and fantastic views over the garden and surrounding farmland. A kitchen/dining room with tiled flooring and a Leisure range style cooker within an attractive styled recess, a rear porch, which also leads to a ground floor larder.

At first floor level, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom having a king sized double bed and a bay window. The second bedroom has a single bed that can be turned into a large double and small double sofa bed. The third bedroom has a toddler bed.

Wonderful Cornish family home

  • 5 of 5

Perfect for a family holiday in Cornwall. Situated on the outskirts of the village with a well stocked shop and great pub with good food. The village is equidistant from Truro and Falmouth and both south and north coast beaches are easily reachable in 20 minutes(essential choice for the changeable Cornish weather). The house is comfortable and warm and has a wonderful family feel. The owner Ross is available to meet and greet and give advice on the house and the locality, a welcome touch.Highly recommended .
