About the property

A stone faced, bay windowed 3 bedroomed semi-detached village house with southerly gardens and enjoying extremly attractive views over local farmland. Particular features of note include a lounge with a woodburner and fantastic views over the garden and surrounding farmland. A kitchen/dining room with tiled flooring and a Leisure range style cooker within an attractive styled recess, a rear porch, which also leads to a ground floor larder.

At first floor level, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom having a king sized double bed and a bay window. The second bedroom has a single bed that can be turned into a large double and small double sofa bed. The third bedroom has a toddler bed.

Externally, within the grounds, the gardens are mature and well stocked with plants and trees and to the rear, there is a gravel parking area with space for two cars, which is accessed via the rear lane.

Perranwell Station is a popular village to the south of Truro City and has a post office/general stores, excellent local pub with fantastic food and attractive beer garden. The local railway station is a very short walk away and affords easy access to both Truro and Falmouth. The village itself is also very conveniently positioned for sailing enthusiasts as Mylor Yacht Harbour is within proximity. Additionally for those who enjoy cycling, walking or running the start of the famous Bissoe trail that links Devoran on the south coast to Portreath on the north coast is less than a mile away with the Bissoe Bike Chain offering bike hire.

Wonderful Cornish family home

Perfect for a family holiday in Cornwall. Situated on the outskirts of the village with a well stocked shop and great pub with good food. The village is equidistant from Truro and Falmouth and both south and north coast beaches are easily reachable in 20 minutes(essential choice for the changeable Cornish weather). The house is comfortable and warm and has a wonderful family feel. The owner Ross is available to meet and greet and give advice on the house and the locality, a welcome touch.Highly recommended .

Place to chill

Realy nice and clean house. Very quiet area. Very convinient location between two towns and cool beaches around. Owners are very helpfull and even give you information pack about atractions around. Wine as a welcoming gift is a nice touch (thanks).

By the end of the week the kids were ready to move in permanently! Lovely decor and homely feel. Great view from the front of the house over the hills. Idyllic village with shop and pub down the road. Great location for exploring Cornwall.
