HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE TERRACE ANDF SWIMMING POOL AND GREAT LOCATION

Our apartment is about 100 KM from Lisbon, a 500Metres from the marvellous bay of Sao Martinho Do Porto. It's an authentic Portuguese little village, with a white sanded beach and a lot of restaurants/ bars in the neighbourhood.The apartment (140M2) is on the 3rd floor, and has a living room (TV/DVD/WIFI), 2 bedrooms (+ sofabed in living room), one separate toilet, a bathroom with walking shower, a fully equiped kitchen, All with modern white furniture. We have a PRIVATE terrace of 70M2 with (lounge)furniture, sunbeds, barbeque .... On the roof terrace (4th floor), you can enjoy the sun terrace with sunbeds, swimming pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi, fitness room and showers / toilet.

The location of Sao Martinho do Porto gives the opportunity to explore many more cities in the neigbourhood (Nazaré, Obidos, Alcobaça,Peniche,Fatima, Sintra ...). Foz De Arelho and Peniche are well known for their "surfer" beaches. But there is so much more. Please come and explore for yourselves. You're welcome!

Why Viviane chose São Martinho do Porto

We are very proud to share our holiday apartment with other guests. We fell in love with the village of Sao Martinho do Porto a few years ago, and after exploring the region, we decided to buy the apartment , very near to the bay. We only wanted an apartment with big terrace and swimming pool. We have both ! It is also an advantage that everything is new. We like the portuguese mentality a lot. And life is cheap and good! We are fond of the food and the wine…..

Nice bright modern apartment

The dealing with Viviane was very prompt and easy throughout the rental process. The apartment was very modern, bright and well equipped.

The development was a 10 minute walk to beach, restaurants and 5 mins to a large supermarket - I would recommend this apartment for a nice relaxing holiday

Excellent!

This property was excellent very clean in a safe secure block. The huge terrace had ample chairs and sun loungers. The apartment was spacious well stocked and excellent cooking facilities. The apartment was far enough away from the centre to be peaceful and quite but only a ten minute walk away was plenty of bars and restaurants. We have used owners direct for several years and would definately stay here again.

SAO MARTINHO DO PORTO IS LOCATED IN THE SILVER COAST AREA. It is a beautiful village to spend holidays, because of its friendly people, cheap restaurants, beautiful and child friendly beaches. About one hour drive from Lisbon. Great location for visiting surrounding interesting cities such as Nazare (wellness spa resort and famous for its sardines and beautiful coast), Obidos (historical), Peniche (surfer's paradise), Foz de Arelho, Alcobaça (monastery) and many more ! You can reach the village, coming from Lisbon, with the express bus . The bus stop is in front of the Intermarché, a 100 metros form the apartment. But it may be interesting to rent a car, so that you have the possibility to visit the fantastic region.
