A fabulous air-conditioned holiday apartment with sea views and a superb swimming pool. Close to the beach and all amenities makes this a great choice ....

The living room/dining area is well furnished and consists of a flat screen TV (local TV channels only), 2 very comfortable sofas, a large wall unit and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is also a CD/Radio player supplied. At the far end of the living room are 2 sliding patio doors that lead out onto the spacious balcony, which overlooks a well maintained garden and views to the sea.

Kitchen: This apartment has a fantastic fully fitted kitchen with plenty of marble work top space. It is equipped with all white goods, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery to accommodate 4 people. There is also a utility room where the washing machine is housed.

Bedrooms: The apartment has two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the apartment is fitted with metered air-conditioning. There are fitted wardrobes in both rooms, allowing plenty of storage space. The double bedroom is light and airy with great views fron the large windows. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard.

Bathroom: The fully tiled bathroom consists of, toilet, bidet, bath with overhead shower and a wash hand wash basin.

Balcony The balcony is a great size and suitable for alfresco dining with a table and four chairs provided. Please be warned that it does have a railing that small children may climb through. Please do not leave any small children unattended on the balcony.

Swimming Pool: The complex has a very large swimming pool with a separate shallow pool for the younger bather. To the side of the pool, there is a large grassed picnic area with thatched umbrellas for a little welcome shade from the hot summer sun.

Amenities: This apartment is in an excellent location. It is approx a 2 minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig strip, where there is an excellent choice of bars & restaurants. The strip offers something for all age groups, from Karaoke bars to Tribute bands, Themed and Family bars. The apartment is very close to the two main beaches, Cabo Roig beach and Campoamor beach. There is a seasonal beach bar on both beaches which supply hot & cold beverages along with light snacks from the Tapas bar.

Aguamarina is a great private complex in a superb location in Cabo Roig that has gated access to the promenade with fantastic sea views.

Air-conditioning costs - the cost is controlled by a meter which accepts special tickets. Included in the cost of rental is 1 ticket per. week which should be enough as long as you do not leave it on all day. If you require more tickets, they are available from our agent at €10 each.

Cleaning fee: there is a cleaning fee of €65 payable to our agent on arrival.

Hi, my name is Neil and I am renting this property on behalf of my mother. She has owned the property for over 10 years and we have had numerous and memorable family holidays in Campoamor.

As my mother has now retired, she has decided to rent the flat out for the first time. We hope you have as good a holiday here as we have, in this wonderful part of the world!

Right in the middle of everything

It is in a beautiful place lovely view from balcony. I did miss not having tv, when you are there for 2weeks we did not want to go out every night it would have been nice to watch telly,we are 70 / 75 so younger people would probably feeldifferent Carole

A well maintained apartment with lovely pool, tennis courts, gardens close to the promenade & sea

We had a fantastic week! The apartment had all that we required with fantastic amenities including large pool with with palm umbrellas, tennis courts, garden areas, play areas. There was a gate for easy access to the promenade with walks along the sea front. The apartment had a couple of bars/tavernas close by which offered breakfasts, lunch & evening meals or simply for an evenings entertainment featuring singers and other entertainment. A great location!
