About this property

Charming farmhouse in the calm of hectic life, located on the border between Poitou and Limousin. Its 18 beds can warmly welcome up to three families.

Many activities are available there: heated swimming pool (June to September), private tennis, trampoline, basketball pole, table tennis, badminton, playground (hut, slide, swings, monkey bridge, sandpit), large barbecue, hammocks, table football, billiards, board games, children's toys, disguises, library of books and comics ... all in a house of 300 m², on a garden of 6000 m² and a meadow of 'hectare.
The security of the swimming pool is ensured by a fence and a tarpaulin, both of which comply with current standards. However, on request, the fence can be removed for the stay of families who do not express the need, making the pool even more user-friendly.

The 62 m² living room is the heart of the house, in front of its large, warm fireplace.
The kitchen is well equipped to meet the needs of the group: large cooking piano with an oven that can accommodate 4 pizzas at a time, numerous and large kitchen utensils, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer.
Parents of young children will find material happiness with high chairs, a raised park that can be installed from the lounge by the pool and an extra travel cot.
The 5 rooms will fill the different characters of the hosts: 2 rooms for couples, 1 family room, 2 dormitories and 1 emergency landing. They are divided into 3 independent zones:
- 1 couple bedroom on the ground floor,
- 1 family room (Irene) and 1 dormitory (Boats) on the 1st floor accessible by a staircase,
- 1 couple bedroom (Dreams) and 1 dormitory (American) on the 1st floor accessible by another staircase.

The house is located 10 km from Montmorillon, city of books and writing, which offers all the necessary and sufficient services for a good holiday.
Poitiers and its Futuroscope are 50 minutes away.

Note concerning the tariffs and the reservation: the hiring will be effective only after signature by the owner and the tenant of a seasonal rental lease in good and due form. In addition, the method of entering prices on the site is not effective at all for owners, it may be that the prices displayed on the site do not correspond to the final prices. Payment for the rental will nevertheless be made through the site.

Wonderful property, excellent facilities

This is a wonderful property for a large family group with excellent facilities, with everything in top condition. There is so much for children to do that they never get bored and can amuse themselves at all times, whilst the adults enjoy the tennis court and basketball. Then, everyone enjoys the large swimming pool! This is all set in large secluded gardens, with ample outdoor sheltered areas for relaxing and barbecues. A tranquil haven in a beautiful unspoilt part of France, prefect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Maison superbe et jardin idyllique pour les enfants

Nous terminons notre séjour d’une semaine aux Marches. La maison est magnifique et aménagée avec goût , rien ne manque et tout est organisé pour une séjour parfait avec les enfants entre la piscine, le très grand trampoline, le tennis et toutes les nombreuses activités du jardin. Le tout au calme et bien sécurisé, avec beaucoup d’espace pour chacun. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Magique!

Parfait

Très belle villa , spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous étions 20 personnes et avons pu y séjourner sans problème, aussi bien au niveau couchages, qu’en terme d’espace intérieur ou jardin. Une très belle piscine nous a permis de profiter de son eau chauffée et de ses abords où plusieurs transats sont installés. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et recouvre de plusieurs activités, ce qui a réjoui chacun d'entre nous. Tous nos compliments au propriétaire pour cette assiduité à l'entretien de ce domaine qui en fait un endroit merveilleux de vacances"
