About the property

Privacy, Comfort, beach steps away- a real getaway - NEW so lots of availability

We are very lucky to be able to offer Number One to our guests; two minutes walk from the beach and five minutes from the village of Bembridge; Number One is close to everything but offers a very private and luxurious getaway. Every room has a heart; the comfortable living room with its log burner and over generous sofas; the bright and well equipped kitchen with doors out to the sunny, private courtyard. There are three bedrooms; the master is downstairs with bi-folding doors leading straight out to the courtyard and two further comfortable bedrooms upstairs. This is a real treat, a real get away from it all. Off street parking.

To book we require a 30% non refundable deposit with £25 admin fee to secure your holiday, the balance + £300 refundable breakages deposit is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking withing 8 weeks we require the full balance.
