Great location

Fantastic location right in the centre of luchon but quiet. Apartment clean and modern with all necessary equipment though some fans would have been good as the weather was so hot. Large balcony, great views. Good, safe parking.

Bien situé, correct

L'emplacement est top, central, près de tout et au calme. Rien à redire de ce côté là. Cependant, comme l'immeuble, il est à rénover. Malgré le ménage visiblement fait, il n'inspire pas l'hygiène par le sol, les couvertures sur canapé, les rideaux, la sdb. Par ailleurs, une des chambres est minuscule (moins de 9m²) pas la place pour la valise !? Et dernier détail, il n’y a pas de wifi alors que sur l'écran d'accueil il est écrit "si vous n'avez pas reçu les accès, cliquez ici pour contacter ..." ce que j'ai fait mais pas de wifi. C'est trompeur et de nos temps, incompréhensible dans une loc. Déçue La Conciergerie, top !!

Résidence calme, bien située

Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence calme. Espace du lieu de vie agréable, terrasse appréciable et vue magnifique, ce qui est rarement évident au pied des montagnes. Petit bémol sur le stationnement des véhicules. Espace réduit conjugué à quelques profiteurs qui squattent ce parking privé. Accès direct aux allées d’Etigny. Belle ambiance pour cette fin d’année.
