Unique in La Grande Motte, a designed apartment with private garden and direct access to the beach.

With a total surface of 70 sq.m. this apartment is composed of a large living room equipped with a double sofa bed and a dining table for up to 8 people and a TV, it opens onto a garden terrace through large south facing bay windows and furnished with sundeck chairs, garden table and chairs, and a parasol. The open plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, and plenty of pans, dishes and glasses. There are 2 bedrooms overlooking a beautiful private courtyard ornated with bananna trees and climbing jasmine and bougainvillea plants. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and second bedroom has bunk beds. All beddings are very comfortable and brand new, including the sofa bed. The modern bathroom features a walk in shower and a towel radiator. There is a separate toilet room with a mashing machine a the entrance of the flat.

Located on the East side of La Grande Motte, or so called Levant side, the area is very quiet but nevertheless less than 5 minutes walk to the center of the village, shops and restaurants.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am feinen, flach abfallenden Sandstrand und eignet sich perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (u.a. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine). Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufg erreichbar (Supermarkt, Bäcker, sonstige Geschäfte). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das WLAN ist leider sehr instabil und deutsche Fernsehsender sind nicht programmierbar. Wir können die Wohnung trotzdem weiterempfehlen.
