About this property

Spacious recently renovated apartment with sea views, private entrance, and parking in the quiet Saguarda neighborhood. It is stylishly furnished and decorated, offering all the modern comfort you need.

The large, bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen and dining area opens onto the terrace with glass sliding doors. In winter, a large wood stove keeps you warm. The kitchen features a 90 cm stove with oven, a smaller separate oven, and all the appliances you could wish for. On the terrace, you'll find a plancha (a gas grill plate), a small Kamado barbecue, and a dining table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), one with two single beds (80 x 200). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. A separate toilet, two bathrooms, one with a double shower and the other with a second toilet. All bedrooms overlook a small patio where you can find a large Kamado barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The apartment is equipped with a smart TV with Dutch and French decoders that offers most European networks, as well as Google Chromecast, high-speed internet, a stereo system, and a WIFI printer.

In the high season (July, August & September), the use of the communal swimming pool* is included. A (paid) tennis court is just steps away.

From the apartment, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and the center of Cadaques, as well as to the Parc Natural de Cap de Creus, an excellent starting point for jogging, hiking, and mountain biking.

To address the drought in Catalonia, the government has decided to declare a state of emergency in January 2024. This means that new measures will be taken to restrict water usage.
The first phase of the state of emergency results in a limit of 200 liters of water per person per day. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be mindful of your water usage during your stay.
Additionally, it is no longer allowed to fill or refill a swimming pool. Our communal pool is filled, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to refill during the summer.

Great location, clean, but the electrics kept tripping out.

Clean and spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and open plan lounge. Only downsides were faulty electrics so tripping out quite often and the fire created a smoke smell. House keepers were great and very local. Cheers, Chris.

Fantastic family stay in Cadaques

Marijke's place suited us perfectly for our trip to Cadaques with our 3 children. The apartment is spacious, well set out and well equipped, especially if you like to cook. Access to the shared pool was ideal - it is very close to the apartment - and the sea views from the apartment are lovely. On a map it might look like the apartment is further out of town but actually, it's a very direct and short walk into the centre of Cadaques. It was great to have a parking space right outside the apartment too. We had a lovely stay and Marijke was very easy to communicate with and helpful with our booking and coordinating our arrival.

Absolutely stunning property,couldn’t fault a thing fully equipped with everything you might need .

The property was situated in a ideal position .Beautiful views of the bay and a easy walk down to the centre of the town .Kixi who greeted us was very helpful and was on call if we had any problems.we were also in easy walk of visiting Salvador’s hose at Portlligat which is a must .we had a fantastic week ,beautiful area .Highly recommend the apartment.
