Fresh house (Facing North-East) at 600m from the sea with 6 comfortable beds, large patio garden with pergola and barbecue on wheels. Renovated 2018 (facilities, indoor and outdoor floors, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower, 2015 networks, mattresses, pillows) Complete with all comforts, Climate, TV, DVD, Fridge ****, 4F gas-stop kitchen + oven, microwave, sink, kettle, pots and pans, double shower (inside and outside on the patio) with hot water, fireplace. Price per week starting from (1-15 June - 15-30 September). Arrival at 15 on Saturday, departure at 10 on Saturday Do not hesitate to contact me, if you call before you have the desired period and also bonuses. Arriving by plane to Bari are also available to accompany the car (up to 4 people) or there is a bus service from Bari to Bear Tower or the train to Lecce and then local bus.

Geen villa !

Het huisje zit in een complex wat erg gehorig is en de buren waren ook vrij luidruchtig. Er zijn geen twee slaapkamers, de tweede kamer is een kleine woonkamer/keuken waar een bedbank staat. Deze woning wordt denk niet vaak verhuurd, er staan heel veel spullen van de eigenaar zelf in het huis en het is ook niet echt schoon. Met name de keuken is erg plakkerig. Buitendouche stelt niets voor. Wij waren er in augustus en dan is het in de omgeving en op de wegen en het strand erg druk. Wij zijn eerder uit het huis gegaan dan de bedoeling was.
