Great apartment in convenient location

We arrived in Annecy by train, so the location of the apartment near the station was very convenient for us. The apartment is in a residential area, but also right next to a very modern shopping centre (not noisy) which has some lovely shops and a handy supermarket. We didn't have a car, so walked everywhere with our two young children. It took us about 20min to walk to the lake via the old town. The apartment was clean, very nicely appointed, and was spacious with a large balcony. The owner met us at the apartment was very kind and helpful. We've been to Annecy a few times before, and love it, although August is a very busy time to visit. If you have young children and the weather's good, the lake beaches are great. The open air swimming pool is fantastic, with 3 pools, a toddler pool and a water jet play area; there's a restaurant, grassy areas to sit and play, on and it's really good value (by English standards!).

A moitié conforme à l’annonce

Accueil courtois La moitié des meubles montrés dans l’annonce sont inexistants Aucun fauteuils dans le séjour comme dans l’annonce. La 2 eme chambre est avec un lit d’une largeur de 70 cm non conforme à un adulte Chaleur suffocante : plus de 10 jours avec une chaleur de 35 degrés et aucun ventilateur prévu dans l’appartement J’ai négocié les frais de ménage au moment de la location et au final nous avons fait nous même le ménage car c’était la politique de la propriétaire Matelas et oreillers pas reposants du tout 3 serviettes de bains pour 3 adultes pour 12 jours Aucun torchon de cuisine Séchoir à linge arrivé et réceptionné par nous 10 jours après notre arrivée. Je ne fais plus du tout confiance aux annonces de Abritel

Wunderschöne pulsierende Stadt in den französischen Alpen

Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage sehr zentral in Annency. Für 5 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, das Zentrum ist nah und doch liegt die Anlage in einem ruhigen Viertel. Der See und das Umland wunderschön! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre d'Annecy

L'appartement est vaste et très bien situé : accès facile aux commerces (galerie commerciale à 50 m) ainsi qu'au centre historique d'Annecy et au Lac. Le grand balcon avec vue sur le Parmelan et le parking en sous-sol sont très appréciables. Les échanges avec la propriétaire se sont très bien passés et notre séjour a été très agréable. Le seul petit bémol est la chambre sur la rue un peu bruyante lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte (ce qui était notre cas compte tenu des fortes chaleurs en août).

Appartement superbe

C'est un appartement superbe. Très spacieux, très confortable, très bien placé. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, un balcon immense. A deux pas de la gare, les commerces idem. Le lac à 10 minutes à pied. En plus j'ai été autorisé à faire installer un lit médicalisé. Franchement vous ne serez pas déçu par votre séjour.
