About this property

Cozy designer apartment fully equipped with beautiful views of the sea and the pool. The apartment has private parking in a quiet area. Located 20 minutes from the North Los Rodeos Airport and 10 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava. Ideal for travelers who want to explore the island and rest away from the crowded areas.

This beautiful apartment is recently opened, has kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washer-dryer, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker dolce taste and water heater for infusions. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed in case our guests are a family with children. The bedroom has a large bed of 1.6 x 2 m, reading lights, mirror and chest of drawers. It has wifi, Smart TV and satellite TV.

The apartment has an entrance hall with a landing and access to the staircase that leads to the apartment.

The living room has a large window overlooking the sea and the pool from which you can enjoy the views of Mount Teide.

It is located in a residential area called La Quinta very well connected, a perfect point for those seeking tranquility fleeing the crowded areas and want to know the island.

Beautiful apartment, even better than the pictures. Everything new and clean. Nice pool but unable to test it due to heavy rain (out of owner's control....). David is very friendly and professional. Great stay and we will recommend it to friends.

Sehr schöne Wohnung aber LAUT

Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter kümmert sich um alles und ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt aber direkt an der Autobahn und an der Hauptzufahrtstrasse in das Wohngebiet. Der Verkehrslärm ist wirklich hoch und allgegenwärtig. Auch am Pool und besonders im Schlafzimmer. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub ist das eher nix. Wenn man viele Ausflüge macht und oft unterwegs ist, passt es gut.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt bei Bea und David in bestem Ambiente

David hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Er ist äußerst hilfsbereit und steht jederzeit und schnell für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist modern und angenehm hell mit Blick über den großen Pool hinweg auf Palmen und den Atlantik. Sie ist zweckmäßig und vollständig ausgestattet, wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Das haben wir sehr genossen, ebenso wie die deutschen Fernseh- und Radioprogramme. Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Von hier sind viele Wanderregionen sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir werden diese Wohnung für unseren nächsten Teneriffaaufenthalt wieder buchen. Vielen Dank, Bea und David! Unvergessliches Ferienziel

Ein herrliches und lichtdurchflutenes Apartment, neu und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber, Bea und David, haben uns herrlich verwöhnt und uns die verstecktesten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel verraten. Das Schwimmbad und die allgemeinen Installationen haben auch dazubeigetragen, unseren Aufenthalt zu einem erlebnisreich und unvergesslich zu gestalten. Ein sagenhafter Urlaub!
