About this property

The Dairy Hall at Partridge Lodge - sleeps 9 guests in 5 bedrooms

The DairyHall - Sleeps 9 + infants

This comes with a stunning Vaulted barn space with wood burner and table with seating from 9 and upto 22 if required. It can be used for entertaining where some families get together and book all our houses to entertain in. Or friends and families just like the space this provides. There is a separate t.v. room which doubles up as an occasional sofa bedroom (fees on our web site) near the front of the house and comes with a private garden with swings, trampoline and toys. While upstairs has 3 bedrooms accessed via two stair seperate stair cases. 2 bedrooms have 2 singles and the other a kingsize. Lastly, a further king size bedroom ensuite overlooking the garden with decking sits at the back of the house. On the ground floor there is one separate WC, one separate shower room with basin, one en-suite shower/bath with basin and a seperate family bathroom with bath/shower and WC. The main kitchen has two ovens and there is a seperate serving area with a sink and serving space with fridge and extra cutlery, dishes, plates.

Our plan has always been, and remains, that Partridge Lodge should be a relaxing, interesting and fun place for friends and families to come and spend their much prized holiday time. We hopefuly provide everything you need to get your holiday started including BBQ's, child friendly equipment that we know from our own experiences of little ones that can lead to heavy and rather bulky packing.

Although there is (thankfully) no getting away from the beautiful Suffolk countryside and all the areas of interest that it has to offer. We are nestled in the country yet only a few minutes from Woodbridge, well known for its restaurants and bars, and with easy reach of the county's heritage coastline from Southwold to Aldeburgh to Orford.
On arrival there is a welcome book with notes and advice with plenty of history and suggestions for the local area.

Agreed dog stay's have a minimum fee of £6 per night and is an optional extra upon booking.

Lovely building!
We had a great time! Beautiful house, supplied with all we needed. Grounds are lovely - kids loved playing tennis. Wasn’t best weather but not sure would want to spend too long in back garden in summer due to smell from tank!

Beatiful property, amazing location and very welcoming owners!
We spent two nights at Diary Hall and as soon as we arrived, Sarah was very welcoming and made us feel at home instantly! The property is really beautiful, very spacious and perfect for a large group as the living space is very spacious. The house and also the surrounding area is well maintained and provides plenty of options to walking, sightseeing, eating out (driving needed) and eating in (which we chose in the end for the evenings!). Would strongly recommend it as one of the best properties we stayed at in recent years.

A weekend break
Aaran and Sarah are fantastic hosts and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We have been here multiple times and will be back. We have stayed here 3 times and eagerly look forward to another stay soon. The house is large, roomy, and comfortable with everything you need for eat-in dinners or take-out. Beds are comfortable and it is really warm in the winter months. Peaceful and relaxing.
